Vacuum laminator for multilayer flexible electronics
The object of the tender is Large-area offline vacuum lamination equipment. Purpose of use includes, but is not limited to, bonding films or sheets together to produce bubble-free multilayer laminates, and coverlay/protective lamination with thermoplastic adhesive systems. Main application areas are wearable, flexible and stretchable electronics. Used materials are thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), TPU with hot melt layer, pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) or equivalent in film format. Wafer metrology
The object of the tender is semi-automatic wafer metrology tool (later also “tool”) for measurement of total thickness, TTV (total thickness variation), warp, bow, metallization bumps, trench or via depth and geometric factors in substrates typical in semiconductor industry such as but not limited to silicon wafers, chips, stacked wafers, stacked chips, samples containing mixed oxides, or/and thin materials deposited. DUV Stepper 200mm
THE OBJECT OF THE TENDER PROCESS The object of the procurement is DUV Stepper 200 mm. The technical specification of the object of the tender and its minimum requirements is described in more detail in this Annex 1 of the invitation to tender. The tendered Tool must comply with all technical properties and functionalities, performance specifications and acceptance criteria as set out in Annex 1 and Annex 2 (“Facilities, materials and connector types”). A tender which does not meet one or more of the requirements specified in the Annex 1 and Annex 2, may be rejected for failing to comply with the call for tenders. The comparison criterion for the tenders is economic advantageous (see section "Grounds for decision") with 80 % price weighting and 20 % quality weighting. A reference price has to be given for the equipment that meets all the requirements set in the invitation to tender, especially its Annex 1. Partial tenders will not be accepted. CONTRACT AWARD NOTICE: eVTOL Drone
The object of the tender process was the procurement of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) system capable of electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL), suitable for environmental monitoring and aerial surveillance (hereinafter referred to as "the Device" or "the drone"). The device complied with mandatory technical and other requirements specified in detail in the invitation to tender. It included all necessary equipment, software, and documentation for both the aerial vehicle and the Ground Control Station (GCS). The device incorporated a GCS solution as part of the system and was designed to comply with SAIL III (Specific Assurance and Integrity Level III) standards. It was equipped with an integrated LiDAR sensor, object tracking capabilities, and support for Points of Interest (POI) functionality. The device enabled quick and straightforward unpacking and immediate commencement of operation. It was also configurable for different use cases and payload configurations. The device was a reliable aerial vehicle suitable which had been factory tested prior to client's acceptance of the delivery. Therefore, it had to be a commercial product. To ensure the maturity of the drone model offered, the tenderer provided details of five (5) completed reference deliveries of similar contracts. The major components of these drones were identical. Maintenance checks and possible calibrations of equipment were available, if needed, from the Supplier also after the warranty period had ended. The Supplier guaranteed the availability of spare parts also after the warranty period (2 years) had ended. As a result of the competitive bidding VTT reserved the right to select a primary and a backup supplier. The backup supplier was used in case the primary supplier failed to deliver the device in time.
