The scope includes visual and functional inspections of underwater support structures of WTGs and OSSs. All inspections shall be performed in accordance with the applicable standards of the BSH and the respective wind farm-specific inspection plans. In HS and ALB, 21 to 22 WTGs shall be inspected annually (25% scope). The OSS in each wind farm is subject to a four-year inspection cycle. In HD, which is currently under construction, 16 WTGs shall be inspected annually (25% scope). The inspection scope is based on applicable standards and is expected to be updated as the project progresses. The inspections may involve either full visual and functional checks or reduced GVI. Bidders shall submit fixed lump sum prices for both options. The contractor shall conduct the inspections between April and September. The full organization of the offshore campaign is the contractor’s responsibility, including selection and provision of a suitable DP2 vessel, logistics planning, crew transfers, and inspection equipment such as ROVs. A Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is a fully electronic procurement procedure that enables suppliers to apply for admission on an ongoing basis and to compete for specific contracts (mini-tenders) within a defined scope. Energinet will use the Comdia platform to support the digital management and operation of the DPS. Energinet is currently conducting a market assessment and preparing procurement materials for the establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System to be used for the execution of mini-tenders concerning the acquisition of standard software and related services supporting control center operations. Energinet expects to publish the DPS with a set of overarching framework conditions. Following publication, suppliers that meet the defined admission requirements will be able to apply for inclusion in the system. The specific requirements for admission will be made available upon publication of the DPS. Submission of input is voluntary and intended to support Energinet in ensuring that the requirement specifications are aligned with market standards. In this context, suppliers are encouraged to: •Challenge specified requirements •Ask clarifying questions •Add propose adjustments, clarifications, or rewordings •Any ambiguities identified in the material are also requested to be highlighted in the feedback. Energinet reserves the right to freely assess the extent to which received input will be incorporated into the final procurement documents. Imagemakers and the Office of Public Works (OPW) seeks to appoint a supplier for the provision of Audio Visual and Interactive Content and Hardware Specification and Supply at Roscrea Castle and Damer House in Co. Tipperary, Ireland. The contract is for the complete creation of the required AV and digital interactive content, and specification and supply of hardware and accessories including (in no particular order): Deliverables: • Pre-production, production, post-production and installation of all AVs, audio soundscapes and interactives as outlined below (See 3.4 – Summary of Requirements) • Provision of programme, invoice schedule and associated project management documentation and monthly reporting on budget and progress. The programme should outline the various stages of production i.e. storyboarding, wireframing, scripting, filming, sourcing of archive material, off-line edit, final edit, installation etc, as well as identifying milestones for client sign-off for each stage of the process. In addition, the tenderer will be expected to liaise with the fit-out contractor, designer and client as required to ensure co-ordination of information • If subsequent changes are made to the programme, these changes will need to be approved by both Imagemakers and the client team. • Supply of master files for client archive with schedule of all finalised content • Filming, audio recording and editing and sound studio time as required to deliver brief. • All post- production and preparation and supply of final files in agreed format. • Archive of master files within content producer’s archive. • Animation and onscreen motion graphics and typography. • Installation and snagging of all material on-site. • Specification and supply of all relevant hardware and accessories relating to all AV and interactive items. • The client is responsible for installation of power and data cabling and sockets to within the vicinity of the AV locations. The AV contractor will be responsible for any remaining cabling and accessories to make final connections. • There is no internet available on site, if any of the AV elements require an internet connection the AV supplier must allow for this in their proposal. The buildings in the centre of Honningsvåg shall be secured against avalanches from Storefjellet by the construction of rigid support structures in the form of steel bridges and flexible support structures in the form of modified stone warp fences, as well as snow collector screens and some rock protection. The aim of this procurement is to enter into a contract with a technical construction manager to assist with following-up the construction of the initiatives. The execution of the security measures will take place in the construction seasons 2026-2028 (between 1 June and 31 October each year). Work outside the construction season must be expected.
