Walk-to-Work vessels for accommodation and providing safe access to offshore installations and other works. The scope is divided into two (2) lots with one Walk-to-Work vessel in each lot. Lot 1 Estimated date of delivery between October 2026 and January 2027, with a duration (expected) end of December 2027. The contract can be extended (options) for up to a total of three and a half (3½) months at the Contracting Entity’s discretion. The scope of each lot comprises the supply of a Walk-to-Work Vessel each with the following provisions: • The Walk-to-Work accommodation vessel and its crew shall take on the responsibility to act as an integrated part of the construction and daily operation of the windfarm, including taking on tasks to assist the Contracting Entity and other personnel. • Dynamic positioning system of no less than DP2. • Offshore accommodation and catering for at least 80 of Contracting Entity’s personnel (PAX) in preferable single cabin configuration. Temporary living quarters (TLQ) are acceptable. • Storage area for six (6) ea. 20’ containers, parts, and equipment • Motion Compensated Gangway (MCG) for safe access to offshore substation at 20,3m (EVRF2007) and wind turbine external platform at 12,4m (EVRF2007). The gangway angel is not exceeding 10 degrees inclination. • 3D motion compensated crane for offshore lifting and able to lift to offshore substation at 20,3m (EVRF2007). • Boat landing • Helicopter deck • 24/7 operation and be capable of staying offshore for 28 days between port visits or supply runs.

EirGrid requires a framework of planning and environmental specialists to provide specialist surveys and reporting in the areas of Planning, Geographical Information Systems, Archaeology, Ecology and Environmental services to ensure all statutory requirements are met in support of EirGrid meeting its strategic goals. The consulting requirements will typically be delivered at the Consultant’s premises, with visits to EirGrid on an ad-hoc basis. Whilst the majority of EirGrid staff work within an office environment some staff do work off site, primarily on projects and on our large interconnection sites. EirGrid employees circa 650 staff in its primary office in Dublin and has a number of contractors supporting the business. With the development of offshore over the next 3 to 5 years it is anticipated there will be a step change in the organisation. EirGrid is tendering for these services in 6 Lots - see below for overview. Candidates are invited to submit a qualification application for inclusion on the tender list for one or more of the applicable Lots in accordance with this PQQ. Improvement Works to Properties 9,10 and 11 St Mary's Terrace and Old Council Depot, Athlone, Co.Westmeath
Westmeath County Council (WCC) is progressing external improvement works to houses 9, 10 and 11 St Mary’s Terrace, Athlone County Westmeath with the intention of making these buildings safe and improve the aesthetic impact of the houses on the surrounding streetscape. The works will involve the removal of fire damaged roofs of houses 9 and 10 including asbestos slates and roof timbers. The damaged sections of the roof of house no. 11 are to be reinstated to make it weatherproof and prevent further deterioration of the house in the medium term. All windows and doors of the 3 no houses to be blocked up as detailed. All rubbish is to be removed from the external lower ground level areas front, back and side of the three houses. Consideration is to be given to the presence of Japanese Knotweed to the back of the properties and while not part of these works an exclusion zone will be required to be set up to exclude access to this area. As these houses are in a residential area safe access is to be maintained to neighboring properties throughout the duration of the works. WCC is also progressing the fitting of a new palisade gate and fence section to the yard of the old Council Depot at Loughanaskin, Athlone, Co. Westmeath and the general cleanup of the yard to the front of the building. The gate and fence section will be required to match the existing palisade gate. Some remedial work is required to the locking bolt of the existing gate to leave it in good working order. The front yard is to be cleaned of all debris and vegetation to leave in a condition suitable for follow on works. This invitation to tender is only applicable to the removal of asbestos, remedial works and general clean up to houses 9 to 11 St Mary’s Terrace and provision of gate and clean up to the Old Council Depot, Loughanaskin, Athlone, County Westmeath as detailed in this scope of works document , shown on the drawings and itemized within the accompanying pricing document.

The Section for Gene Technology at Østfold Hospital needs to procure a system for digital PCR based on droplet digital PCR partitioning (droplet digital PCR, ddPCR). This shall be used for analysing different biomarkers in connection with research projects. The academic community has experience with ddPCR from Bio-Rad and is not already aware of other providers of drop-based digital PCR systems. The need in question at Østfold Hospital depends on the use of drop-based technology, partly because of the requirements for: high sensitivity and precision reliable quantification of low frequency varieties compatibility with existing methods and work flow continuity in validated analyses and result comparable. The contracting authority will, via this notice, open to input from the market/alternative tenderers who believe they can deliver an equivalent ddPCR system as described. The procurement will include a ddPCR system, instrument dependent consumables and an option for a service contract. The deadline for submitting feedback to the Contracting Authority is 30.04.2026.
