Westmeath County Council (WCC) is progressing external improvement works to houses 9, 10 and 11 St Mary’s Terrace, Athlone County Westmeath with the intention of making these buildings safe and improve the aesthetic impact of the houses on the surrounding streetscape. The works will involve the removal of fire damaged roofs of houses 9 and 10 including asbestos slates and roof timbers. The damaged sections of the roof of house no. 11 are to be reinstated to make it weatherproof and prevent further deterioration of the house in the medium term. All windows and doors of the 3 no houses to be blocked up as detailed. All rubbish is to be removed from the external lower ground level areas front, back and side of the three houses. Consideration is to be given to the presence of Japanese Knotweed to the back of the properties and while not part of these works an exclusion zone will be required to be set up to exclude access to this area. As these houses are in a residential area safe access is to be maintained to neighboring properties throughout the duration of the works. WCC is also progressing the fitting of a new palisade gate and fence section to the yard of the old Council Depot at Loughanaskin, Athlone, Co. Westmeath and the general cleanup of the yard to the front of the building. The gate and fence section will be required to match the existing palisade gate. Some remedial work is required to the locking bolt of the existing gate to leave it in good working order. The front yard is to be cleaned of all debris and vegetation to leave in a condition suitable for follow on works. This invitation to tender is only applicable to the removal of asbestos, remedial works and general clean up to houses 9 to 11 St Mary’s Terrace and provision of gate and clean up to the Old Council Depot, Loughanaskin, Athlone, County Westmeath as detailed in this scope of works document , shown on the drawings and itemized within the accompanying pricing document.

Imagemakers and the Office of Public Works (OPW) seeks to appoint a supplier for the provision of Audio Visual and Interactive Content and Hardware Specification and Supply at Roscrea Castle and Damer House in Co. Tipperary, Ireland. The contract is for the complete creation of the required AV and digital interactive content, and specification and supply of hardware and accessories including (in no particular order): Deliverables: • Pre-production, production, post-production and installation of all AVs, audio soundscapes and interactives as outlined below (See 3.4 – Summary of Requirements) • Provision of programme, invoice schedule and associated project management documentation and monthly reporting on budget and progress. The programme should outline the various stages of production i.e. storyboarding, wireframing, scripting, filming, sourcing of archive material, off-line edit, final edit, installation etc, as well as identifying milestones for client sign-off for each stage of the process. In addition, the tenderer will be expected to liaise with the fit-out contractor, designer and client as required to ensure co-ordination of information • If subsequent changes are made to the programme, these changes will need to be approved by both Imagemakers and the client team. • Supply of master files for client archive with schedule of all finalised content • Filming, audio recording and editing and sound studio time as required to deliver brief. • All post- production and preparation and supply of final files in agreed format. • Archive of master files within content producer’s archive. • Animation and onscreen motion graphics and typography. • Installation and snagging of all material on-site. • Specification and supply of all relevant hardware and accessories relating to all AV and interactive items. • The client is responsible for installation of power and data cabling and sockets to within the vicinity of the AV locations. Office of Public Works (OPW) wishes to appoint an Integrated Interpretation Team that shall be responsible for providing all the necessary consultancy services for Stage (I) Preliminary Design to Stage (V) Handover of Works. The following disciplines are relevant to this project: • Interpretive Design Services • Interpretive Research services • Project Management Services • Graphic Design Services • AV / Film Technical Design Services • Procurement services • Quantity Surveying/Cost Management Services • PSDP Services • Script Writing The Integrated Interpretative Team will be responsible for providing all interpretive and associated construction/fitout-related technical advice and design services to the OPW Client for the Project. The Consultant will be required to provide all necessary services including the Stage Services, described below and elsewhere in the contract. The Integrated Interpretation Team shall be required to consult and liaise with all affected stakeholders to facilitate timely design and construction/fitout of the works and to minimise impacts on those affected. The Integrated Interpretative Design Team shall comprise of all the disciplines necessary to achieve this objective. As noted in 4.3.9.1, It is expected that within the team there will be a Specialist AV / Film Advisor available to provide advice to the team during all stages of the design and fit out process. The Team shall be led by an Interpretative designer with a track record of successfully carrying out similar works. Interpretive Research services need to include (a named) suitably qualified person able to collate/and or undertake subject matter research feeding into interpretative design, narrative development and Script Writing. The Team may be formed by a single consultant with in-house specialists or may be a group of consultants who have combined to form a team. In the latter case the Team Leader shall be an Interpretative designer who shall be clearly identified in their Tender Submission as the Lead Tenderer and shall be the entity that enters into a contract with OPW for the delivery of the Services. Other Team members shall be sub-consultants to the Lead Tenderer. Note - The cost of the works will be required to align with the available budgets. The consultant shall refine / revise designs as necessary during the lifetime of the project to achieve this, in consultation with OPW. Our organisation consists of approx. 2400 employees with assignments across different areas. Amongst other things, we are responsible for the ten sixth form colleges in the county with more than 8,000 pupils and 1,450 employees. We are responsible for public transport and the county roads, and if you are going to the dentist it is likely that it is one of our 14 dental clinics you visit. Our role also extends far into social development, where we engage in commitment to climate, business, society and plan, culture and cultural heritage. This is one of the things that illustrates the breadth of our multi-disciplinary development organisation. The county is a politically controlled organisation and every fourth year there is a county election. There are a total of 41 members in vestfold county council. The County Council makes decisions on major and principled cases. Objective of the market dialogue The county plans to procure new framework agreements for company health services Q3 2026 and would like, thus, a dialogue with the market. The aim of the market dialogue is to get an overview of what are available and how these can cover the contracting authority ́s needs, expectations and requirements for company health services. Participation in the market dialogue will not obligate either the supplier or the contracting authorities as regards later procurements. The market dialogue is not to be considered as part of the pending procurement processes.
