MEDITE SMARTPLY invites suitably qualified and licensed electricity suppliers to submit tenders for the provision of renewable electricity supply options. Suppliers must be appropriately licensed and capable of delivering renewable electricity in accordance with the requirements set out in the following sections of this document, together with the data provided electronically alongside this document. Suppliers are requested to submit their tenders on the following basis: Medite Smartply electricity usage data Basis of tendering Details of the tender requirements specific to electricity supply are detailed in Appendix 3 page 27. Future volume projections: Requirement for Suppliers to provide volume variances on a non penal basis. Medite Smartply request that Suppliers responding to this tender provide adequate facilities for variation of volumes by Medite Smartply, on a non‐penal basis, between now and the period of supply, accepting that Medite Smartply do not expect Suppliers to carry any volume risk as a result of this flexibility. Addition of sites to supply contracts Suppliers are asked to indicate their willingness to include additional sites or changes to existing site supply arrangements within the contract period, subject to adequate notice being provided by Medite Smartply to allow the Supplier to source additional capacity and or have any physical alterations to supply points as may be necessary. Payment terms Suppliers are requested to submit details of their payment terms with their tender. In addition, Suppliers should outline any additional discount available to Medite Smartply for payment by direct debit. Data management and General Customer support services Suppliers should provide details of any on line data service provided and any other support service provided or value added service that it proposes to supply. Suppliers should also clearly illustrate any Key Performance Measures that they expect to comply with, particularly around invoice issue, data provision, report provision, etc.

Met Éireann maintains a national infrastructure of instrumentation for monitoring meteorological and environmental observations and measurements. Many of these are at unmanned locations and are referred to as Automatic Weather Stations (AWS), where the data is processed for inclusion into synoptic code by data loggers. Visibility and present weather observations form part of this remit and specialist sensors are used for the detection, identification and measurement of the relevant parameters. Instruments incorporating some or all of these sensors are referred to as Present Weather Sensors (PWS) and will be referred to “PWS” in this and any associated documentation. As many of these PSWs have reached their anticipated end of service life, Met Éireann is proposing to buy replacement and additional instruments, through this RFT, in addition to procuring ancillaries, spares, training and support.

Provision of TAVI and Cardiac Procedures for HSE Mid West
The Health Service Executive hereby invites suitably qualified and experienced Service Providers to submit tenders for the Provision of TAVI and Cardiac Procedures for HSE Mid-West. These services are required on an ongoing basis. However, there is no guarantee of any definite level of business. The estimated value of the tender is €3.4 million over a possible five [5] year period. The HSE intends to appoint up to four service providers. Any Contract that results from this Competition shall be for an initial period of 24 months (the “Term”). The HSE reserves the right to extend the Term for three periods of up to 12 months each on the same terms and conditions, subject to the Contracting Authority’s obligations. The Contracting Authority does not make any guarantee in relation to the volume or value of Services to be procured over the Term. The HSE therefore reserves the right, after the award of contract, to negotiate with the successful tenderer the level of services to be provided to match the available budget. A Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is a fully electronic procurement procedure that enables suppliers to apply for admission on an ongoing basis and to compete for specific contracts (mini-tenders) within a defined scope. Energinet will use the Comdia platform to support the digital management and operation of the DPS. Energinet is currently conducting a market assessment and preparing procurement materials for the establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System to be used for the execution of mini-tenders concerning the acquisition of standard software and related services supporting control center operations. Energinet expects to publish the DPS with a set of overarching framework conditions. Following publication, suppliers that meet the defined admission requirements will be able to apply for inclusion in the system. The specific requirements for admission will be made available upon publication of the DPS. Submission of input is voluntary and intended to support Energinet in ensuring that the requirement specifications are aligned with market standards. In this context, suppliers are encouraged to: •Challenge specified requirements •Ask clarifying questions •Add propose adjustments, clarifications, or rewordings •Any ambiguities identified in the material are also requested to be highlighted in the feedback. Energinet reserves the right to freely assess the extent to which received input will be incorporated into the final procurement documents. The content of the draft material may be amended in whole or in part prior to publication. If market participants wish to submit input and/or express their interest in participating in the system, this must be submitted via Comdia no later than 18 May 2026 at 10:00.
