The aim of this notice is to increase the knowledge basis for the development and condition of habitual weeds and contribute to further knowledge on variation in the quality of localiteteri Ytre Oslofjord (the Swedish border to Agder and outside the Dream Threshold). There shall also be a basis for future assessments of the development based on the use of new methodology. The starting point is the premises thatallers are registered in the Nature Base and have not been examined since 2012.Within the nature type of breeding communities there are different designs, in this work it is the formulation "Ordinary breeds" that shall be examined. Locations within the value categories are very important and important shall be included in the surveys. In Naturbase approx. 270 locations are registered with normal breeding in these two value categories. Some meadows may be too small to be able to condition classification, or may have disappeared. Some locations can be excluded because the area is dismodeled. Previously mapped eel grass scaling survey fields and mapping and condition classification sets methodology monitoring and calculation of the breed index described in Guidelines 02:2018 (The Directorate Group Water Directive 2018). In addition the locality ́s distribution shall be registered and any changes in the size of the school grass locations shall be assessed. A selection of 20% of the examined locations shall, in addition, be mapped in accordance with the Environment Agency ́s instructions for mapping types of marine nature in accordance with nature in Norway (NiN). Changes/development shall be documented and described and the locality condition classification is given in accordance with the Water Regulations. The estimated budget for the surveys in 2026 is NOK 100,000,000. 2 300 000,-

Review of postponement of double track against Hamar and learning across major investment projects
The Ministry of Transport refers to the delay connected to the project Sørli-Åkersvika and any consequences for the development of Hamar station. The Ministry will, as a follow-up of this, carry out an external review with the main aim of identifying learning points. The review consists of two parts, but is delivered together. The first part shall map and evaluate decision processes and information flow connected to the delay of the project Sørli-Åkersvika and any consequences for the development of Hamar station. The review shall: • Assess whether the decision and contract process, as well as information flow have been in accordance with the current guidelines, contracts, agreed processes and management system, both internally in Bane NOR, between Bane NOR and the Norwegian Railway Directorate and internally in the Norwegian Railway Directorate. • Assess whether there is a need to adjust the guidelines and the management system and/or implement measures to ensure better compliance with Bane NOR and the Norwegian Railway Directorate. • Identifying learning points The second part shall evaluate whether Bane NOR ́s internal management systems (including a project model) are sufficient to ensure control of costs, risks and progress in major development projects. The review shall be directed towards the following three cases – the development of the Dovre Line, the Trønder Line and the Vestfold Railway. The review shall also map and assess how the recommendations from relevant reviews in recent years, including the Follobane review from 2023 and the Auditor General's report from 2024 on investment projects, have been followed up, whether the measures implemented are sufficient and whether there is a need for other/new measures to remedy the challenges of delays and increasing costs in major investment projects. The first draft of the report shall be submitted by 14 August 2026, and the final report will be submitted by 4 September 2026. The upper financial limit is NOK 4 million excluding VAT.

The Norwegian Food Safety Authority shall procure cleaning services with the accompanying supplements for sanitary articles and paper. The cleaning shall be delivered in accordance with the NS-INSTA800 standard. The procurement is divided into 5 lots, based on the geographical area division for our office locations. Tenderers can choose how many sub-contracts they will submit a tender for, and sub-suppliers can be used for the delivery. The sub-contracts will be evaluated and awarded separately. Hire and operation of multi-function machines
The objective of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the hire of printers and multi-function machines for all of the Norwegian Customs ́s locations, as well as administration, service and maintenance of the system and all machines. Services for printing will be both in cloud and local. The Norwegian Customs estimates that there is a need for 147 printers and multi-function machines from the start of the agreement. The contracting authority has locations with deployed printers and multi-function machines for the entire Norway including Svalbard, as well as at 6 Swedish and 4 Finnish customs locations. Procurement of 2 puppies for patrol dogs/combi dogs - Police
The police need two puppies. One for the patrol dog and one for the combi dog (search/patrol). It is desirable that the puppies come from lines with great hunting and fighting, as well as great search excruciation. We would like to have immediate delivery, at the latest in May 2026. Tenders with delivery at the desired time frame will be weighted positively, other delivery times are not disqualifying. The probationary period requirement only applies to individuals with age 3 - 6 months. Patrol dogs have education in search of people in different environments and search for objects it smells of people of. Furthermore, the patrol dogs are approved as a means of power and can be used in the apprehension of persons in different types of environments. There are some dogs with additional competence in the form of drug searches, weapons searches, lavine searches (winter education), USAR and criminal searches within the patrol dog category. The patrol dogs shall be socially stable, have good prey and must be environmentally strong. The current breeds are mainly based on Schæfer and Malinois, as well as blends of them. Search dogs have education in responding and highlighting the different types of odour pictures in different environments. In the search dogs category, dogs are trained to search for, for example, but not limited to drugs, flammable fluids, explosives, blood, semen, currency, weapons, buried corpses and corpses. The dogs must be able to work in different types of environments such as, among other things, inside, outside, height, darkness, movable surfaces and dark surfaces and dark surfaces. The search dog shall tolerate the mental stress this can cause. The breed currently used for combi search dogs/patrol dogs is mainly based on Malinois. The final approval and sufficient financing are subject to signing of the contract before the contract is signed.
