This notice serves as a Prior Information Notice (PIN) and is not a call for competition. A call for competition may be issued in Q3 2026. Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) is planning to invite submissions from companies and organisations possessing the necessary expertise and capacity to deliver Minor Works for Transport Infrastructure Ireland. This process represents a preliminary step toward the potential initiation of a formal tendering procedure, with the aim of establishing a Multi‑Supplier Framework Agreement for Minor Works. The anticipated scope of the Framework may include the supply and installation of associated materials and delivery of general minor building, repair, maintenance, upgrade works and various mitigation related works. These may encompass activities such as building fabric repairs, carpentry and joinery, painting and making‑good, minor structural repairs, insulation improvements, electrical and plumbing works, accessibility upgrades; temporary works design (by the Contractor where required) to support the safe execution of the works; supply and installation of branded hoarding and signage (subject to TII branding requirements to be specified in any future documentation); supply and installation of temporary or permanent fencing and netting, noise barriers with acoustic properties, replacement glazing, glazing upgrades, whole window replacements including frames and minor external works including remediations to boundary walls, fences, railing and hard landscape activities. A Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is a fully electronic procurement procedure that enables suppliers to apply for admission on an ongoing basis and to compete for specific contracts (mini-tenders) within a defined scope. Energinet will use the Comdia platform to support the digital management and operation of the DPS. Energinet is currently conducting a market assessment and preparing procurement materials for the establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System to be used for the execution of mini-tenders concerning the acquisition of standard software and related services supporting control center operations. Energinet expects to publish the DPS with a set of overarching framework conditions. Following publication, suppliers that meet the defined admission requirements will be able to apply for inclusion in the system. The specific requirements for admission will be made available upon publication of the DPS. Submission of input is voluntary and intended to support Energinet in ensuring that the requirement specifications are aligned with market standards. EPSI seeks to commission external technical expertise to contribute to Output 3 ("Fit for Business") of the project: "The technical and financial capacities of refugees, IDPs and people from the host communities to set up, expand or reactivate MSMEs have been enhanced." Output 3 focuses on strengthening the technical, managerial, and financial capacities of MSMEs through structured training, coaching and mentoring, access to financial support, and market linkages. Entrepreneurs are supported to establish or expand their businesses, improve productivity and incomes, and create employment opportunities. In parallel, local Business Development Service (BDS) providers are capacitated to sustainably deliver high-quality services to MSMEs. In all measures under Output 3, the different realities of IDPs, refugees and returnees-particularly women and persons with disabilities-are taken into account. In addition, the acquisition of professional skills relevant to environmental protection, climate action and climate-smart agriculture is prioritised in the output. Objective and Scope of the Assignment The objective of this assignment is to build the capacity of 70 existing agribusiness SMEs to expand their operations, improve working conditions and incomes, and contribute to employment creation in underserved areas of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq (KRI). The contractor shall plan and implement one full SME Loop cycle (GIZ methodology) for 70 agribusiness SMEs, in close cooperation with one competitively selected local BDS provider, which will be capacitated to independently deliver training and coaching services. The assignment will be implemented in Soran Administration (Erbil Governorate) and Garmyan Independent Administration (Sulaimaniyah Governorate). Scope of Services and Work Packages The assignment consists of four interlinked Work Packages (WP1-WP4), all under the responsibility of the contractor and contributing to the achievement of EPSI"s Output 3. WP1: Selection and Capacity Building of Local BDS Provider The contractor shall competitively select and capacitate one local BDS provider to deliver the SME Loop methodology. This includes the development of a transparent selection process, support to establish an implementation team, and delivery of Training of Trainers and Training of Coaches, ensuring readiness to implement WP2 and WP3. WP2: Training and Coaching of Agribusiness SMEs The contractor shall support the BDS provider to deliver SME Loop classroom trainings and structured coaching to 70 selected agribusiness SMEs. This includes adaptation of training modules to the agribusiness and climate-smart context, inclusive SME selection, delivery of trainings and coaching cycles, and systematic monitoring of SME progress and performance. WP3: Financial Support to Agribusiness SMEs The contractor shall provide technical support for the provision of financial support to 34 high-performing agribusiness SMEs that successfully complete WP2 and demonstrate competitive, market-relevant business models. This includes technical support during the grant application and selection process, as well as monitoring of grant utilisation and business investment outcomes in line with project requirements. WP4: Peer Learning, Youth Linkages and Market Networking The contractor shall facilitate peer learning, employment linkages, and market access to translate capacity development and financial support into sustainable outcomes. This includes cross-governorate peer learning among agribusiness SMEs, linking youth (students and graduates of agriculture-related disciplines) to SMEs for internships and employment, strengthening private-sector and market linkages, and documenting lessons learned and good practices. For the implementation fo these work packages, fo these work packages, the tenderer shall provide: - Two key experts responsible for overall technical leadership, coordination, and quality assurance; - One expert pool with international expertise providing specialised technical expertise; and - One expert pool with national expertise providing coaching and field-level support. INVITATION TO MARKET DIALOGUE Introduction Vestfold fylkeskommune invites suppliers of company health services to a market dialogue. The Contracting Authority is subject to the Public Procurement Regulations (LOA and FOA). In Vestfold County we are responsible for a number of areas that touch people in all their lives. Our organisation consists of approx. 2400 employees with assignments across different areas. Amongst other things, we are responsible for the ten sixth form colleges in the county with more than 8,000 pupils and 1,450 employees. We are responsible for public transport and the county roads, and if you are going to the dentist it is likely that it is one of our 14 dental clinics you visit. Our role also extends far into social development, where we engage in commitment to climate, business, society and plan, culture and cultural heritage. This is one of the things that illustrates the breadth of our multi-disciplinary development organisation. The county is a politically controlled organisation and every fourth year there is a county election. There are a total of 41 members in vestfold county council. The County Council makes decisions on major and principled cases. Objective of the market dialogue The county plans to procure new framework agreements for company health services Q3 2026 and would like, thus, a dialogue with the market. The aim of the market dialogue is to get an overview of what are available and how these can cover the contracting authority ́s needs, expectations and requirements for company health services. Digital training programmes for TVET trainers in Ethiopia
The subject of the upcoming procurement is the design, delivery and implementation support services of an external service provider for TVET teacher training to be carried out in Ethiopia. The procurement supports the digital transformation of the country’s Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) system as part of Specific Objective 2 (SO2) of the DESTA, Digital Ethiopia: Skills and TVET Action programme. The objective of the procurement is to strengthen the digital, pedagogical and institutional capacities of Ethiopian TVET teachers and teacher trainers so that they are able to deliver high-quality, learner-centred, gender-responsive and accessible digitally enabled vocational education. Particular attention will be paid to gender equality and the inclusion. The selected tenderer will be responsible for the design and delivery of the first training programme of a three-tier TVET Trainers’ Digital Competence Pathway: Foundation Programme in Digital TVET and Learner-Centred Pedagogy, while the three-tier programme also includes advanced-level training and a Training of Trainers (ToT) programme. The training programme will be delivered using blended learning modalities (face-to-face, distance and online learning) and will leverage Ethiopia’s national Moodle-based learning management system.
