The European Central Bank (ECB) is seeking suitable candidates through this Call for Applications that will be invited to participate in the negotiated procedure and to submit a tender for the framework agreement on Art Consultancy Services. The Service Provider shall routinely perform the following tasks as basic services at a monthly fixed price including all external costs: 1. The Service Provider shall ensure an appropriate infrastructure for the completion of his contractual obligations. This consists of an office / offices in the U.S. of America fully equipped with all the common means and channels of modern communication. The normal business and availability hours shall be made public and adhered to by the Service Provider. 2. If necessary, the Service Provider will get an introduction for the Typo 3 CMS. It will be mandatory for the bidder to work within the CMS of the DWI. - The regular content creation as well as the content adaption and maintenance of the website about German wines are mandatory. In the case that new templates are needed the bidder shall ensure that the created content by the bidder or any third party is in line with the CI and CD of the DWI. This refers to any possible technical implementation of suitable templates, extensions, plugins, etc. including new content. The bidder shall ensure that the content of the websites is checked daily for relevance of data and updated at least weekly. b) Internet and Social Media - Content creation and maintenance of all relevant social media networks e.g. Instagram, Facebook, video channels, etc.). The FET College Major Capital Programme (FCMCP) is the primary focus of the Framework and Competition. It is anticipated that services drawn down from the Framework will, primarily, relate to the FET College Major Capital Programme, allowing for the provision of services from an Integrated Design Team (the IDT) with respect to the twelve (12) projects under the FET College Major Capital Programme (FCMCP). The provision of services, as required on an individual and ad-hoc basis by a Contracting Authority, which are ancillary or related to the delivery of one of the twelve (12) projects under the FCMCP (the Related Services). The Framework Owner and Framework Users may also make appointments within the remit of the Framework to support their own mandate outside of the current FCMCP. This will allow for the following: technical, design, delivery, consultancy and advisory services (the Supplementary Services) and the provision of services from an IDT with respect of Capital Project Delivery of buildings and facilities of a similar scale than those currently described as part of the FCMCP. Implementation of DEFINE defence accelerator for the City of Riihimäki
The City of Riihimäki (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer" or "Contracting Entity") requests your offer for the implementation of a DEFINE defence accelerator for the City of Riihimäki (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") in accordance with this offer request and its attachments. A more detailed specification of the service is provided in Annex 1. The subject of the procurement is the service production for the DEFINE defence business accelerator. The accelerator is part of the DEFINE Scaling Programme and it is partly funded by the Finnish Innovation Fund Sitra. The programme will be running 1/26 – 12/27 and four accelerator batches shall be conducted during that period including proper and professional monitoring, evaluation and learning activities. The goal of the accelerator is to strengthen the Finnish defence and dual-use ecosystem and especially enhance companies’ capacity to grow fast. Other participating cities and regions besides Riihimäki are Espoo, Oulu, Joensuu, Hämeenlinna, Forssa and Tampere. Also, Häme University of Applied Sciences and Metropolia University of Applied Sciences are partners in the programme. The DEFINE defence business accelerator refers to a comprehensive business competence development, training, and advisory service aimed at enabling rapid growth for client companies by facilitating access to financing and defence market entry. The accelerator is targeted to the needs of high-tech enterprises that can operate in both defence and civilian sectors (dual-use). Purely single use defence startups are also warmly welcomed. A strong focus and experience on the field of defence shall be shown by the potential service providers. The key chronological stages of the defence business accelerator are: the initiation phase (content planning, marketing and communication), operative phase (operating four accelerator programs mostly the same content including handling of incoming project flow, organizing applications, organizing the selection of companies and conducting the training), and the evaluation and monitoring phase. The DEFINE accelerator programs are intended to be implemented as customer and partner-oriented training programs, each lasting approximately three months (the supplier of the service may suggest other justifiable timeframes for the duration of each programme), with changing content addressing the needs of programme partners as well as the needs of the market. The programmes will be conducted during the period from spring 2026 to autumn 2027. The training programmes will be held mostly in Riihimäki DEFINE Innovation Hub. This document outlines the framework for the overall bid, which will be further detailed with the selected Service Provider according to the Customer’s (City of Riihimäki) instructions. Moreover, the City of Riihimäki carries out the DEFINE network activities in partnership with the Häme University of Applied Sciences (HAMK). Due to this, student trainees from HAMK as part of their degree contribute to the work tasks of the DEFINE Innovation Hub. Thus, the Service Provider of the DEFINE Accelerator shall note that the HAMK student trainees may contribute to DEFINE Accelerator operations (such as support and assist the selected accelerator companies, event organizing activities in Riihimäki and other supportive tasks) where seen as appropriate and when agreed with the City of Riihimäki. The City of Riihimäki values the Service Provider’s ideas, input and commitment as part of tender for connecting the HAMK student trainees with the companies selected to the DEFINE Accelerator programme. The procurement procedure is an open procedure, and one (1) Tenderer will be selected as the Contract Supplier. The Customer is not committed to buy any quantity of the services. The contract shall not include exclusive rights to supply the service described in the Annex 1. Invitation to Market Dialogue (Joint Procurement) for a Bike Sharing System in Helsinki Metropolitan Area
We invite interested suppliers to during May 2026 participate in bilateral market dialogues concerning an upcoming joint procurement. The aim is to engage in an open discussion about the subject matter of the procurement, the market situation, and to gather market perspectives on the possible challenges prior to launching the actual tendering process. The new Bike Sharing System aims to provide a unified service for the Helsinki Metropolitan Area from 2028. The service to be procured includes not only the supply of city bikes and stations but also their maintenance and upkeep, bike relocation from one station to another, the transfer of bikes and possibly stations to storage, and storage during the months when the bike system is not in use, as well as IT system, and customer service throughout the entire Contract Period. The preparation of the procurement is being carried out in cooperation by the following contracting authorities: Metropolitan Area Transport Ltd and the cities of Espoo, Vantaa and Kauniainen. The final list of contracting authorities participating in the joint procurement will be specified during the preparation phase and confirmed before the launch of the tendering procedure. Digital training programmes for TVET trainers in Ethiopia
The subject of the upcoming procurement is the design, delivery and implementation support services of an external service provider for TVET teacher training to be carried out in Ethiopia. The procurement supports the digital transformation of the country’s Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) system as part of Specific Objective 2 (SO2) of the DESTA, Digital Ethiopia: Skills and TVET Action programme. The objective of the procurement is to strengthen the digital, pedagogical and institutional capacities of Ethiopian TVET teachers and teacher trainers so that they are able to deliver high-quality, learner-centred, gender-responsive and accessible digitally enabled vocational education. Particular attention will be paid to gender equality and the inclusion. The selected tenderer will be responsible for the design and delivery of the first training programme of a three-tier TVET Trainers’ Digital Competence Pathway: Foundation Programme in Digital TVET and Learner-Centred Pedagogy, while the three-tier programme also includes advanced-level training and a Training of Trainers (ToT) programme. The training programme will be delivered using blended learning modalities (face-to-face, distance and online learning) and will leverage Ethiopia’s national Moodle-based learning management system. The service package includes (based on preliminary information): • design and delivery of the training programme and implementation plans in cooperation with national stakeholders and EDUFI • design and production of an open online course on foundations of digital and learner-centred pedagogy • facilitation of trainings, workshops, mentoring and peer-learning activities • assessment of teachers’ competences and certification • strengthening of institutional capacity for the sustainable implementation of digital TVET education • management of travel costs and daily allowances for training participants.
