Trondheim municipality and Trøndelag County, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, invite tenderers to an open tender contest for a contract for books in physical format to Trondheim public library and Trøndelag county library. Trondheim public library consists of eight district libraries, the prison library and the library at Byåsen sixth form college. The procurement shall cover the contracting authority ́s need for the following: Printed books for adults and children in Norwegian. Printed books for adults and children in European languages (mainly Nordic languages, English, German, French and Spanish). Computer games and movies in physical formats (option). Further description of the assignment is in this document with annexes, as well as the Mercell portal.

Tender for the provision of a public self-service printing, photocopying, and scanning system for Cork County Council Library. This will involve the contracting of the service, commissioning, installation of kiosks and copiers plus a three-year contract extendable by 2 periods of 12 months each of a service contract to include provision and maintenance of all equipment and consumables, collection of cash at each location, training of staff, recycling of consumables and support for all equipment and services. The competition is for the provision of printing services for hard books, framework agreement. An important part of the National Library of Norway's activity is to highlight the material in the collection in a way that captures the interest of the public. In this connection, the National Library publishes books for public audiences. The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 700,000 excluding VAT per annum. The maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price rise: NOK 6,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors.
