Oslo municipality c/o the Agency for Education invites tenderers to a written market dialogue in connection with 3PL for Sommerskolen [Summer School]. The contracting authority plans to procure third party logistics services (3PL), including storage, pick and pack, goods receipt, return handling and distribution. In this connection, the supplier market is invited to provide input on the proposed price model and the accompanying price form. The aim is to ensure that the price model is appropriate, understandable and reflects how such services are normally priced in the market. In particular feedback is requested on: * if suggested units (e.g. per line, item, order) are suitable * whether the price model allows for a real and correct cost structure * any suggestions for simplification or improvement of the price form. * any conditions that can contribute to more efficient and predictable pricing The contracting authority would also like feedback on issues related to social responsibility, environment etc. The following documents are worthy: * requirement specification draft * Price Form Draft * Distribution of responsibility between the contracting authority and the tenderer

Painting and covering services, framework agreement Troms County - RFI
Troms County (henceforth referred to as the contracting authority) shall enter into a new framework agreement for painting and covering services and associated equipment. Material will also be considered for assignments that the contracting authority shall use for its own activities and shall also be included in the contract. The contracting authority would like to enter into an agreement that covers the need we may have for this type of service in the entire county. This includes, for example, sixth form colleges, official residences and dental clinics. The contract shall ensure that we achieve cost effective and rational procurements of painting and covering services in accordance with the current laws and regulations. The framework agreement will mainly be used for the procurement of ongoing and operational related services, but it can also be used for some investment projects where it is deemed appropriate. We are currently in a preparatory phase of the procurement process. As part of the preparation phase, the contracting authority would like to invite all relevant tenderers to comment on the provisional drafts for the requirement specifications, price form and contract terms. The documents are attached to this market dialogue. Emphasis is put on the fact that tenderers shall not fill in the attached tender documents, but give feedback on the questions included in the document "Information on RFI - Framework agreement on painting and covering services" under point 3.Deadline for feedback is 30 April 2026 at 12.00. At the expiry of the hearing deadline, the contracting authority will review received input. The contract will then assess which input could be appropriate to include in the final documents. The Contracting Authority is not obliged to comply with the input, and emphasises that the attached documents are to be seen as provisional drafts. Any questions or needs for an extended deadline shall be sent to the contracting authority via Mercell. Tenderers who register their interest can be contacted by the contracting authority in the preparation phase if there is a need for further clarification. The contracting authority will not reimburse costs incurred for the participation of the hearing.

5-UDE-2026 Electronic substance register
PURPOSE AND SCOPE The aim of the procurement is to enter into a continual contract for the procurement of an electronic substance register. The contracting authority needs an electronic substance register to ensure proper and statutory handling of chemicals and hazardous substances in the entity. The system shall contribute to the fact that safety data sheets (SDS) are updated and readily available, as well as support the work on risk assessment, constitution, training and selection of protective equipment. Furthermore, the system shall facilitate efficient administration, simple updating and good overview of chemicals across locations. The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that the estimated value is based on previous consumption. The estimate is only a guideline and is without obligation for the Contracting Authority. The contract will be valid for 1 (one) year from when it is signed. The contract will be valid for 8 years from signing of the contract.

The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (NDMA) is responsible for entering into contracts on behalf of the Norwegian Armed Forces. Including an agreement for the delivery of solid and liquid dairies. Broadband services to Troms county - RFI
Troms County (hereafter called the contracting authority) needs to enter into a new contract for broadband services to all of the county ́s locations. The contracting authority would, thus, like to hold a market dialogue. Description of the assignment the Contracting Authority needs to establish and deliver broadband services to all county locations, including, among other things, dental clinics, sixth form colleges and administrative buildings. In order to carry out the assignments imposed on the county, we depend on good and stable infrastructure for all of our locations. This involves a collaboration with a broadband service provider who can offer us the internet and also get our internal traffic to our data centres. A more detailed description of the contracting authority ́s needs is in the attached draft of the requirement specification. Information on the hearing contracting authority is currently in a preparatory phase of the procurement process. As part of the preparations for the coming competition, we would like to hold a hearing round in the market. The contracting authority has prepared a draft of the competition documents, as well as formulated a set of questions in the attached document "Information on RFI - Broadband Services to Troms County", which we hope relevant suppliers have the opportunity to answer. Tenderers are asked to answer the contracting authority ́s questions directly in the document, under each individual question.
