The procurement "Guidance offer for organic food, local food and sustainable menus" shall primarily increase the consumption of organic food in public and private institutional households. This shall be done by developing and operating a guideline offer that, through sustainable menus, increases the share of ecological goods and local food in institutional households.
The Procurement Cooperation at Haugalandet intends to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of dairy products for institutional households. This framework agreement shall include: • Liquid dairy products• Solid dairy products The agreement will apply for 2 years with a unilateral option for the contracting authority to extend for one year + one year. The planned start date is 01.04.26
