The Anglesea Terrace project is a new, large, residential development with a total application site area of approx. 0.25 ha (net area), on brownfield lands in Cork City Centre, located at the South Link Road (N27) and Old Station Road junction. The Anglesea Terrace development forms part of current and future programmes of work to be undertaken by the LDA to develop affordable sale, cost rental and social housing / apartments. Westmeath County Council (WCC) is progressing external improvement works to houses 9, 10 and 11 St Mary’s Terrace, Athlone County Westmeath with the intention of making these buildings safe and improve the aesthetic impact of the houses on the surrounding streetscape. The works will involve the removal of fire damaged roofs of houses 9 and 10 including asbestos slates and roof timbers. The damaged sections of the roof of house no. 11 are to be reinstated to make it weatherproof and prevent further deterioration of the house in the medium term. All windows and doors of the 3 no houses to be blocked up as detailed. All rubbish is to be removed from the external lower ground level areas front, back and side of the three houses. Consideration is to be given to the presence of Japanese Knotweed to the back of the properties and while not part of these works an exclusion zone will be required to be set up to exclude access to this area. As these houses are in a residential area safe access is to be maintained to neighboring properties throughout the duration of the works. WCC is also progressing the fitting of a new palisade gate and fence section to the yard of the old Council Depot at Loughanaskin, Athlone, Co. Westmeath and the general cleanup of the yard to the front of the building. The gate and fence section will be required to match the existing palisade gate. Some remedial work is required to the locking bolt of the existing gate to leave it in good working order. The front yard is to be cleaned of all debris and vegetation to leave in a condition suitable for follow on works. This invitation to tender is only applicable to the removal of asbestos, remedial works and general clean up to houses 9 to 11 St Mary’s Terrace and provision of gate and clean up to the Old Council Depot, Loughanaskin, Athlone, County Westmeath as detailed in this scope of works document , shown on the drawings and itemized within the accompanying pricing document.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW ELEMENTARY SCHOOL “CITY KVART” PODGORICA, MONTENEGRO
The project aims to increase children’s access to high-quality early childhood care and education in pre-primary institutions, as well as to improve learning conditions for students in primary and secondary (general and vocational) schools. The primary school in City Kvart has been conceived as a contemporary educational facility, designed in accordance with principles of openness, flexibility, and strong integration with the local community. The design focuses on creating a stimulating environment that supports children’s learning and everyday activities, while also enabling a gradual transformation of the traditional model of primary education. The building is situated in the central zone of the upper part of the urban plot, within an urban fabric that allows for easy connectivity with the wider neighbourhood. The architectural concept is based on a modular and dynamic spatial organization, allowing for clear functional zoning while maintaining flexibility in the use of space. The school is designed as a freestanding structure consisting of a basement, ground floor, and two upper floors. Its central placement on the site ensures optimal orientation, accessibility, and functional efficiency from all directions. The total net area of the school is 6,980.49 m², and the maximum duration of the works is 18 months, followed by a 12-month defects notification period.

MOST FOOTBRIDGE: New connection of the city, landscape and the lake
The subject of the competition is a design for a new pedestrian and cycle bridge that will overcome the historically formed barrier between the town of Most and the new landscape of Lake Most, created by the convergence of road infrastructure, railway and tram lines, and the modified riverbed of the Bílina river. The aim is not only to physically connect the two parts of the city, but also to symbolically and mentally reunite them. The footbridge is set to become a key element of a new urban axis connecting the city centre, the museum, the recreational area around the lake and the site near the relocated Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary; at the same time, it will become a significant architectural landmark and a new gateway to the city when approaching from Litvínov. The competition brief also includes a proposal for the surrounding public spaces in front of the footbridge. On the town side, a new Museum Park is to be created – a dignified forecourt for the museum which, in synergy with cultural institutions and memorial sites, will form a high-quality urban space with significant landscape, recreational and social value. On the lake side, competition entries are to propose a landscape connection and pedestrian and cycle links between the footbridge and Lake Most, and to design a clear and attractive entry point to this area. The site is divided into sections. The subject of the subsequent tender is the complete project documentation of the footbridge itself, including the approach areas, and the new Museum Park. At a conceptual level, the competition entries should explore the possibility of creating a wider linear park connecting the Museum and also the State District Archives, as well as a concept for a landscape connection towards Lake Most. The aim is to create a coherent, clear and long-term sustainable framework for the gradual transformation of this key area. The aim of the competition is to treat the site as a single entity and to select a single multidisciplinary team to design both the footbridge and the park. However, where justified, the jury may decide to select two separate winners, which may lead to two subsequent separate Negotiated procedures without prior publication (JRBU) for the footbridge and the park.

The project “Construction Works on M3 Cimislia bypass, 7.4 km” consists in the construction of a new road. Cimislia Bypass Road is an extension of the M3 road that bypasses Cimislia city to the northwest and reconnects with the M3 road south of Cimislia. The works to be carried out includes the new road construction including arrangement of side roads to the agricultural fields and arrangement of minor intersections. Construction of retaining wall and underground drainage system (manholes), slope protection, bridges and overpasses constructions. Arrangement of drainage facilities as construction of the culverts, consolidated lined side drains and outside interception ditches. The pavement structure consists of construction of the embankment, base course, stabilized base, and new asphalt layers. Project include the arrangement of power lines of 10kV – 110kV, arrangement of underground communication cables, and arrangement of gas lines. Time for Works’ Completion is 30 months, and 24 months of the Defects Notification Period. The Applicable Guidelines is the Guide to Procurement for Projects financed by the EIB, version March 2024 (EIB GtP). Tenderers shall not have the option of submitting their tenders electronically. Tenderers may submit their Tenders (original and copies) by courier or by hand. In addition to the original of the Tender, the number of copies is: 1 (one) hard copy and one electronic copy of the tender on a memory stick or another media holder, Tenderers submitting Tenders by courier or by hand shall enclose the original and copies of the Tender in separate sealed envelopes. These envelopes shall then be enclosed in one single sealed package.
