Hospital Modular Room System (MRS) for NLSH
The New National Hospital (NLSH) project reg.nr. 500810-0410 in Iceland hereby invites interested tenderer's to participate in this invitation to tender (ITT) for The New National Hospital regarding the purchase of a hospital modular room system (MRS) for four areas in two of the new hospital buildings. The following project description, terms, and conditions of this tender process provide information on the project, the procurement process and the rules that apply in the execution of the procurement process. The Tenderer shall be the main manufacturer of the products requested (the modular room systems), but the use of subcontractor(s) by the Tenderer will be accepted in the implementation of the total systems if the subcontractor also fulfils the participation criteria where specified, and the subcontractor(s) is/are approved by NLSH. Please note that the tender process and the contract period will be governed by the international standard FIDIC Conditions of Contract Contract for Plant and Design-Build, specifically the 2nd Edition (2017, reprinted with amendments in 2022), along with the NLSH Particular Conditions of Contract. A contract will be made with one (1) supplier. A contract in writing with a successful Tenderer will be prepared by the Purchaser. Transfer of contractual rights and obligations to Landspitali from NLSH will take place upon handover of the building. This ITT is made by the Purchaser. Every attachment/appendix referred to is a part of this ITT and by submitting a tender, Tenderer confirms to have read this Invitation to Tender and agrees to all terms. The Tenderer shall give a response to all requirements and state where the Purchaser can verify its compliance with the Tender. Tenders are only submitted electronically on TendSign.is. The Tender shall encompass a comprehensive solution, leaving no deficiencies for the Tendered solution to be fully functional without any additional costs or additions. Procurement of a patient signalling system
The aim of the procurement is to procure a patient signalling system for Bømlo hospital and health centre (BBH), and possibly seinars at Teiglandshagen (TLH). Initially, the new patient signalling system shall be installed on BBH and then at the current departments for short-term and long-term patients. This will be the main delivery. Two options shall also be included. This is TLH and a wing on BBH that is currently not in use for patients.

Furniture for offices - framework agreements - Drammen municipality
Drammen municipality shall procure a framework agreement that shall cover the municipality ́s need for furniture for offices. A parallel agreement will be signed with up to three tenderers. During the contract period, assignments will be awarded primarily according to the method of surging, but major contracts will be awarded via mini-competitions. Provision of TAVI and Cardiac Procedures for HSE Mid West
The Health Service Executive hereby invites suitably qualified and experienced Service Providers to submit tenders for the Provision of TAVI and Cardiac Procedures for HSE Mid-West. These services are required on an ongoing basis. However, there is no guarantee of any definite level of business. The estimated value of the tender is €3.4 million over a possible five [5] year period. The HSE intends to appoint up to four service providers. Any Contract that results from this Competition shall be for an initial period of 24 months (the “Term”). The HSE reserves the right to extend the Term for three periods of up to 12 months each on the same terms and conditions, subject to the Contracting Authority’s obligations. The Contracting Authority does not make any guarantee in relation to the volume or value of Services to be procured over the Term. The HSE therefore reserves the right, after the award of contract, to negotiate with the successful tenderer the level of services to be provided to match the available budget. For full details, please see the clinical and service specification outlined in the Specification of Requirement below. Note: Service Providers are requested to only submit a tender if they are confident that they have the requisite capacity, suitably qualified staff, experience and expertise within their organisation to deliver on the service as outlined in the project documentation and commencing as soon as practicable after award of contract. All submissions will be reviewed for compliance with the specifications as outlined in this document. This tender is primarily for the HSE Mid West. Please note that up to five [5] additional drawdowns by other Regional Health Authorities (RHAs) within the HSE will be allowed under any contracts resulting from this tender competition. Such drawdowns will be similar in scope to the services required in this competition. In the event of such drawdowns, the successful tenderer for this competition will be required to deliver the services under the same terms and conditions resulting from this competition. The HSE does not make any guarantee in relation to the volume or value of such services that may be procured from any resulting contracts. This tender process is being conducted as an Annex XIV procedure utilising an open style tender, with all terms of the competition specified in the tender documents, under Part 3 Chapter 1 of the European Union (Award of Public Authority Contracts) Regulations 2016 (S.I. 284 of 2016) (the “Regulations”) - Social and other specific services. The required services are listed as Annex XIV services of Directive 2014/24/EU (the “Directive”) and, accordingly, only Regulations 74-77 of the Regulations apply. Procurement - Transport and treatment of hazardous building waste Attvin, 2026 (2)
The contracting authority would like to use this procurement to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer. The aim of the contract is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for transport and treatment of hazardous building waste, from Attvin to final treatment at a certified treatment facility, in accordance with the requirement specifications. The aim is also to ensure that hazardous waste is taken care of in such a way that it does not create pollution or damage to humans or animals, or danger to it, and to contribute to an appropriate and reliable system for handling hazardous waste, cf. The Waste Regulations chapter 11. The contract is for: Waste with phthalates (e.g. floor coverings), waste that contains bronched flame retardants, waste containing chlorinated paraffins and for the options waste that includes PUR foam insulation and pressure impregnated and creosoted wood. Comments on the contract: Responsibility for the waste is to be taken over by a tenderer when the waste is charged in the tenderer ́s vehicles. The procurement is for the treatment of various types of hazardous building waste and building waste that cannot be handled together with normal household and commercial waste due to chemical, physical and/or biological qualities. Waste types included in this agreement are in accordance with the price form. Everything that is collected as hazardous waste shall be treated at a certified treatment facility. Emphasis is put on the fact that the hazardous waste in accordance with this agreement shall be directly to the final treatment facility and not the reception facility. Tenderers shall, thus, offer final treatment of the hazardous waste at one/several treatment facilities in accordance with requirements. Fractions other than what is stated may be included in this agreement. The volume of NOK shall not, nevertheless, exceed the maximum amount set for the contract. New waste types in the contract period: If new waste types are added in the contract period, it shall be possible for the customer to enter into this agreement if they do not make up a significant part of the contract. In such cases the same price calculations shall be used for new waste types as for other waste types in this contract. The contracting authority reserves the right, however, to hold a new competition for new waste types during the contract period. Options: Options in the contract are described in the point "options" in the requirement specification.

Procurement of a wheeled excavator
Procurement of a wheeled excavator - SIMAS IKS SIMAS IKS shall enter into a contract for the delivery of a complete wheel excavator for operation at SIMAS ́ facility in Festingdalen, Kaupanger. The machine shall be prepared for use when delivering, including naudsynt documentation in Norwegian, training operators, function tests and acceptance tests. The procurement comprises a wheeled excavator in weight class approx. 18-20 tonnes, with functions, specifications and equipment as stated in Annex 1 - Requirement Specifications (Excel). This includes between the second engine Step V, hydraulics and control requirements, a safe lift system, driving comfort, light equipment, operational ownership, HSE requirements and options. All the technical and functional requirements in Annex 1 are binding minimum requirements. Tenderers shall offer a complete machine ready for operation, including training on the SIMAS basis, annual inspections and service during the guarantee period and a guaranteed response time for error handling and service, cf. the requirements in Annex 1. The delivery shall be carried out in DDP (Incoterms 2010) SIMAS Kaupanger. The competition was held as an open tender contest for negotiations in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (LOA) and the Public Procurement Regulations (FOA) part III (above the EEA threshold). All communication and submission shall occur via KGV (Artifik). The qualification requirement shall be documented by ESPD in kgv, and it comprises legal establishment, economic and financial capacity, as well as technical and professional capacity, including relevant references and documented works ́stadnett in Vestland. The contract will be awarded based on the financially most advantageous tender based on the following criteria: Price (50%), Environment (20%), Quality and provision (20%) and Service and uptime (10%). The contract will benefit DFØ standard contract terms for the procurement of goods with or without assembly/installation, with the accompanying annexes. Annex 5 - Ethical requirements (DFØ) debts for the supplier chain and requirements in accordance with the OpenHeit Act. For this procurement, it is not a framework agreement. Delivery time: The machine shall be delivered 5 months after the contract has been signed. SIMAS requests all interested suppliers to ask questions via KGV, within the stated deadline.
