In summary, KCETB wish to establish a NEW Dynamic Panel Arrangement for the provision of Venue Hire and Venue Hire with Catering Services for Administration Offices, Schools and Centres under the auspices of Kilkenny and Carlow Education and Training Board. The scope of the required services will range from standalone venue hire to venue hire with on-site catering services . The initial closing date to establish the panel is Thursday June 4th 2026 at 12 Noon (Irish Standard Time). Once established, new Tenderers will be able to apply for appointment to the Panel Arrangement over the lifetime of the DPS. This is a NEW Dynamic Panel for KCETB. All existing panel members MUST re-apply if they wish to be considered for inclusion on this new panel.

The specific purchase is covered by “Category 7 - New Container Systems design or Modification for Existing Container Fleet”: “This category will be used for complete new design, upgrade or modification of new and old containers. • Man hours: Design, Documentation, Manufacturing, Service and Maintenance • Components and semi-finished product • Installation services (except software) • Construction, engineering and inspection services Participants in the DPS where all invited to submit offers in the individual tender. The tender concerned the acquisition of: - 9 modified reefer containers. The main function of the reefer container is storage of food at the required temperature (cool and freeze). The container shall be able to function in numerous different scenarios, including camp concepts and on ships. It is important that the container is deployable, thus it is important that the reefer containers comply with ISO guidelines and legislations for containers and has a valid CSC certificate. The different compartments in the reefer container shall be able to function separately so that different food sources can be stored at different temperatures. The reefer container shall be delivered with reefer machine on and the container shall be fully functional and ready for use when delivered.
