The services that are set up on days outside the stand-by period can be required. The requirements for stand-by and set response and execution times apply, however, only for stated periods. The areas of the area are scattered in the municipality. The nature of the routes are of different types. See the overview here and annex 4 Route list for details.

The competition is for the delivery of a sweeping of municipal roads to Moss municipality. (Only applies to sweeping after winter operations). The estimated value per annum and the maximum value for the entire contract period per zone/group, including any options and the expected price rise are stated in point 1.1.4. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the competition, i.a. for budgetary coverage and administrative, possibly political approval. The contracting authority has assessed the procurement against the apprentice regulations, cf. the Procurement Act § 7, and concluded that there is no requirement for apprentices in this procurement, as the contract ́s main element does not include work where it is relevant to use labour with vocational certificates, cf. the apprentice regulation § 6 (3). Agreement on licences and licence management.
Patentstyret, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, would like tenders for a contract for licences and licence management. The scope includes entering into a multi-year contract for the hire of software licences and licence subscriptions, as well as Software Asset Management (SAM) services. The SAM services include ongoing management and monitoring of the Norwegian Industrial Property Office ́s licence portfolio, including periodical reporting. The contract shall cover the Norwegian Industrial Property Office ́s ongoing need for licences from suppliers such as Microsoft, Adobe, Citrix and VMware. A contract shall be signed with one tenderer. See annex 1 for further details on the need.

RCÉ invite applications from suitably qualified Vendors to participate in a tender process for the provision of Cabling ,Network, Audio, Visual and CCTV, Installation and Maintenance Services to RCE Head Office and its 10 Business units nationwide. This service will include provision of emergency call out and or onsite support to RCE Stadia on race nights. Tenders are invited from interested parties for a contract in the provision of Cabling (Network, Audio, Visual and CCTV) Installation and Maintenance Service to Rásíocht Con Éireann (RCÉ)) and its subsidiaries for a three year period with an option to renew for one further year. It is the preferred option of RCÉ to appoint a single contractor who will manage all its Cabling (Network, Audio, Visual and CCTV) Installation and Maintenance Services. However, the requirements may be addressed through the execution of one, or a number of contracts/sub contract depending on the proposals received and the project requirement.

The contracting authority invites tenderers to a competition for the establishment, operation and maintenance of 24 hour resting place(s) along the E18 stretch Asker-Sande. The driving distance from the E18 to the entrance for the actual 24 hour resting place shall be a maximum of 2 km. The contracting authority needs approx. 100 placement places on the stretch. It may be necessary to enter into a contract with several tenderers and/or divide the procurement into different sub-contracts. Each individual 24 hour resting place shall as a minimum have parking places for 15 wagon trains and shall include a service facility with toilets, showers, living rooms and charging stations. Otherwise, the 24 hour resting place shall fulfil the shall-requirements listed in point 3.2. The Contracting Authority prefers large 24 hour resting places and 24 hour resting places that are located on the stretch between Asker-Drammen. The 24 hour resting place shall be ready for opening by 01.09.2027 at the latest and the contract will be valid for ten years from the opening hours. The contracting authority has the option to extend the contract for 1+1 year, so that the total possible lease period is 12 years. The contracting authority will set up a scheme with payment for annual rent, which shall include establishment, as well as operation and maintenance of the 24 hour resting place.
