Background and purpose The procurement mainly comprises a system for control and follow-up of the street light installations, including the accompanying communication services and the necessary equipment. The existing units for controlling street lights currently communicate via Telenor ́s 2G network. As a result of the planned phasing-out of 2G, there is a need to replace parts of the current equipment. There are also units that use 4G/5G, and these can be relevant for further use. The aim of the procurement is to facilitate energy efficient operation of the street light installations, at the same time that the system shall be reliable and provide a good overview of the status and function. The contract period is 3 years from when the contract is signed, the contract will be extended thereafter by 1 year at a time until notice is given on the contract.

Framework agreement - Head lamps for Helse Bergen HF
New notice - Changes have been made in the requirement specification, annex 2. The objective of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement for the purchase of head lights for Helse Bergen HF. Intended use: Head lamps shall be used for examinations and treatment of patients with different conditions on the face, nose and oral cavity. There will be a need for use both outpatients, surgically and at the patient ́s bed. The use can be both short term and for long periods, and the head lights must therefore be suitable for varied and long term use. The estimated number of head lamps that shall be procured in the agreement period of four (4) years is sixty (60) units. The maximum number that can be procured under the contract shall not exceed fifty percent (30%) beyond the estimated number. The stated consumption/extent is an estimate for information to the tenderer and is not binding for the future contract volume. Upgrading of the CT system - Radiotherapy SIHF Gjøvik
The procurement is for upgrading the existing dose plan CT with radiotherapy at SI Gjøvik from Canon Aquilion LB to Canon Aquilion Exceed LB, including the necessary services for disassembly, delivery, installation, commissioning and adaptations to the existing laboratory and accompanying equipment. The procurement shall ensure continued operation of planning doses for radiotherapy at Innlandet Gjøvik Hospital. The current CT is estimated to have a significant risk of breakdown due to mechanical wear and tear. In the event of a breakdown, the department will lose considerable capacity for dose planning, with serious consequences for patient treatment, operation and income. The upgrading of the existing system is considered to cover the department ́s needs on the same functional level as today, at the same time that the system provides the shortest execution time and at the least downtime. The procurement also includes the procurement of an annual service contract after the guarantee period has ended as an option. This follows the equipment ́s lifetime.

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration would like to carry out a market survey to map which tenderers offer systems for financial management in road projects. There is a need for IT system support for areas such as cost estimation, financial project management and follow-up, uncertainty management and price bank (experience prices used for estimating future projects). The objective of the survey is to gain better insight into what systems are available in the market, how these are technically and functionally designed and which delivery models are offered. It is particularly interesting to examine if there are systems that support several or all of the above mentioned areas in one and the same system. Furthermore, we would like information on whether systems that only cover one or some of the areas can be further developed or configured so that several of the areas can be delivered in one system that safeguards all or most of the value chain. The market survey shall form the basis for any new procurement, and contribute to the Norwegian Public Roads Administration designing a competition that is well adapted to the market and at the same time cover the identified needs in an efficient and future-oriented manner.

The objective of the framework agreement is to cover Vegårshei municipality ́s need for ongoing maintenance and operation of the municipality ́s properties within plumbing work. The works will include a number of assignments of varying sizes and scope, including major renovations, replacement of old equipment and installations, repairs and maintenance assignments on existing equipment and installations, as well as work on new buildings. Other services that naturally come under the discipline of HVAC can be provided if there is a need in the contract period. Materials needed for the different operations will be included in the work.
