Consultancy services for the construction disciplines - framework agreement.
Gjesdal municipality invites tenderers to a competition for a framework agreement for consultancy services in the construction disciplines in accordance with NS8402 (consultant assignment in accordance with hours used). Construction management may also be relevant in accordance with NS8403 (Construction management/project management). The contracting authority would like to use the procurement to have external competence for consultancy and engineering design services. The tenderer who is awarded the framework agreement is expected to be operative to join projects immediately after the contract has been signed. The contracting authority needs assistance with planned projects and minor management assignments.
