The objective of this call for expressions of interest is to set up a list of pre-selected candidates capable to provide to the European Court of Auditors subscriptions to dictionaries, specialised databases on linguistic and terminological issues and encyclopaedias in electronic format published in any of the EU Member States and outside the EU. Candidates may submit an expression of interest at any time within four years of the publication of this notice, except during the final three months. However, following the publication of this CEI, the ECA plans to issue its first request for price offers (invitation to tender) in October 2026. Preselected candidates included on the CEI list will be invited to submit price offers accordingly. Therefore, to be considered for the October tender, candidates must submit their application no later than June 23, 2026. Expressions of interest are to be submitted in one of the official languages of the European Union by electronic mail to the functional mailbox: eca-procurement.service@eca.europa.eu

Provision of TAVI and Cardiac Procedures for HSE Mid West
The Health Service Executive hereby invites suitably qualified and experienced Service Providers to submit tenders for the Provision of TAVI and Cardiac Procedures for HSE Mid-West. These services are required on an ongoing basis. However, there is no guarantee of any definite level of business. The estimated value of the tender is €3.4 million over a possible five [5] year period. The HSE intends to appoint up to four service providers. Any Contract that results from this Competition shall be for an initial period of 24 months (the “Term”). The HSE reserves the right to extend the Term for three periods of up to 12 months each on the same terms and conditions, subject to the Contracting Authority’s obligations. The Contracting Authority does not make any guarantee in relation to the volume or value of Services to be procured over the Term. The HSE therefore reserves the right, after the award of contract, to negotiate with the successful tenderer the level of services to be provided to match the available budget. For full details, please see the clinical and service specification outlined in the Specification of Requirement below. Note: Service Providers are requested to only submit a tender if they are confident that they have the requisite capacity, suitably qualified staff, experience and expertise within their organisation to deliver on the service as outlined in the project documentation and commencing as soon as practicable after award of contract. All submissions will be reviewed for compliance with the specifications as outlined in this document. This tender is primarily for the HSE Mid West. Please note that up to five [5] additional drawdowns by other Regional Health Authorities (RHAs) within the HSE will be allowed under any contracts resulting from this tender competition. Such drawdowns will be similar in scope to the services required in this competition. In the event of such drawdowns, the successful tenderer for this competition will be required to deliver the services under the same terms and conditions resulting from this competition. The HSE does not make any guarantee in relation to the volume or value of such services that may be procured from any resulting contracts. The European Parliament launches this procedure aiming to award a framework contract for daily monitoring of written press (national/regional), audio-visual media (radio, TV) and the main online media (internet) in Czechia. The purpose is to provide a timely, up-to-date compendium of daily information, in the form of press reviews, about the way in which topics of relevance to the European Parliament and the European Union are reported in the media. The European Parliament’s Directorate- General for Communication is seeking to ensure it has the best possible knowledge of the media coverage across the EU on topics related to the European Union, the European Parliament and the activities of its President and Members. Media analysis will ultimately help the EP to better communicate EU policies to EU citizens and specific target audiences. In order to achieve this, the EP relies partly on external expertise and assistance. The services will be delivered by the external team via the global media monitoring and analysis platform of the EP directly to the recipients.
