The Hospital in Vestfold HF has entered into an agreement with Histolab Products AS for a fully automatic robotic microtome. The contract is entered into in accordance with the procurement without a contract in accordance with the procurement regulations §13-4 letter b. Vestfold Hospital has signed a contract after more than ten days calculated from the day after the date of notice of intent. A procurement agreement, a framework agreement for equipment dependent consumables as well as an option for a service contract after the guarantee period has expired.

Contract award - Immune colour instrument for Sykehuset Telemark HF
The objective of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the procurement of a fully automatic instrument for colouring immunohistochemical transects (IHC) and situ hybridisation (ISH/FISH), with an option for using immunocytology and two-way communication with the Laboratory Information System (LIMS). A framework agreement shall be signed for instrument dependent consumables. Instrument dependent consumables means consumables that are connected to the instrument and antibodies that are meant to be used on the instrument. There is an option on a service agreement in the instrument ́s lifetime and there is an option for a further two immune colour instruments with call-offs within 4 years after the contract has been signed as an optional health company in Helse Sør-Øst . The estimated annual sample volume is approx. 13,000 average. An annual increase of up to 30%. The stated consumption/extent is an estimate for information to the tenderer and is not binding for the future contract volume. The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for transport of medicines, blood products and storage products from Haugesund Hospital/the Hospital Pharmacy in Haugesund to health institutions. The estimated annual value of the procurement is NOK 1,800,000 excluding VAT. The maximum value of the agreement is NOK 4,000,000 excluding VAT.
