The objective of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the procurement of a fully automatic instrument for colouring immunohistochemical transects (IHC) and situ hybridisation (ISH/FISH), with an option for using immunocytology and two-way communication with the Laboratory Information System (LIMS). A framework agreement shall be signed for instrument dependent consumables. Instrument dependent consumables means consumables that are connected to the instrument and antibodies that are meant to be used on the instrument. There is an option on a service agreement in the instrument ́s lifetime and there is an option for a further two immune colour instruments with call-offs within 4 years after the contract has been signed as an optional health company in Helse Sør-Øst . The estimated annual sample volume is approx. 13,000 average. An annual increase of up to 30%. The stated consumption/extent is an estimate for information to the tenderer and is not binding for the future contract volume. See the Requirement Specifications and the Price Form for further details. The competition shall be carried out as a negotiated procedure after a prior notice.

The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of glucose meters for Østfold Hospital. There is an option on a service agreement in the equipment ́s lifetime and there are 7 options for re-use of the tender to voluntary health authorities in Helse Sør-Øst within 4 years of the contract being signed. The stated estimate is the number in the maximum contract period, eight years and is an estimate of information to the tenderer. The estimated value is not binding for the future contract volume. Increased need may occur with a general increase in procedures performed, unforeseen breakdowns etc. A new beam and somatic building shall also be constructed, which can lead to an expected increase in volume. Such conditions are expected to increase the need between 5 and 40% and the maximum extent of the procurement is therefore equal to the value of the estimated amount stated in the Price Form plus 40%. Framework agreement - Head lamps for Helse Bergen HF
New notice - Changes have been made in the requirement specification, annex 2. The objective of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement for the purchase of head lights for Helse Bergen HF. Intended use: Head lamps shall be used for examinations and treatment of patients with different conditions on the face, nose and oral cavity. There will be a need for use both outpatients, surgically and at the patient ́s bed. The use can be both short term and for long periods, and the head lights must therefore be suitable for varied and long term use. The estimated number of head lamps that shall be procured in the agreement period of four (4) years is sixty (60) units. The maximum number that can be procured under the contract shall not exceed fifty percent (30%) beyond the estimated number.
