Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation AS, hereinafter referred to as "NRK", has initiated this Request for Proposal ("RFP") process with the intention of procuring a Production Asset Management System (hereinafter referred to as "PAM"), with the options of a lightweight editor and a further expansion to a MAM. The primary purpose is to acquire a robust, flexible and feature-rich PAM-solution that supports the creative workflows and end user needs across both news production and post-production. The estimated value of the contract is NOK 50-75 million including the exercise of options, based on an initial contract period of five years. The RFP will be conducted as a Competitive procedure with negotiation. Following the initial phase of vendor qualification and selection (Stage 1), qualified and selected vendors will be invited to participate in the tender/offer phase (Stage 2). NRK 2026/336 Service contract Smart Hands in NRK ́s computer centres.
The competition has previously been published and cancelled (case 2026/120). This is an updated version of the competition and we would like to make particular attention to the fact that the competition is being held without negotiations - the tenderer must therefore submit their best tender by the tender deadline. The objective of the procurement is to ensure competent 'Smart Hands' services, primarily connected to NRK ́s 2 data centres. The procurement will be made in accordance with the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016 (LOA) and the public procurement regulations dated 12 August 2016 no. 974 (FOA) parts I and III, as well as the provisions in the tender documentation. The contract will be awarded in accordance with the open tender contest procedure. The service is ongoing during the agreement period. The contract will be valid for 2 (two) years from when the contract is signed. The contracting authority has an option for an extension for a further 2 (two) years and the contract can then be extended for 1 (one) year at a time. Procurement of a press for waste management
The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract for the procurement of a press with automatic binding for use in waste management. The press can be offered with or without feeding band, as the feed band is a voluntary option. The press shall as a minimum be able to be used for compressing and bundling paper, cardboard and plastic packaging. It is desirable that the offered press can also press hard plastic and agricultural plastic. Other fractions can also be relevant based on what the offered equipment is suitable for. The press shall have a minimum of 60 tonnes of press power. Tenderers must describe their assessments and state the reference facilities in their tender offer.

Stage machinery Studioscenen
The tender contest is for the replacement of the upper stage machinery at Studioscenen at Dansens hus in Oslo, according to the Technical Specification. The current system is nearing the end of its lifetime. In addition, the system is limited in functionality, lacks positioning and load monitoring, and does not meet the current security requirements. Other targets for the upgrade include: * Several options/points for suspension. * Simple changes and shorter restructuring time between productions. * Better working environment. It shall not be necessary to use a lift to move hoists or suspension points. * Possibilities for movement during performances. The project consists of two parts: 1. Construction work consisting primarily of changes to the steel structure in the roof as well as moving building technical installations. 2. Engineering design, production and installation of the stage machinery. Each project part is a turnkey contract where the turnkey contractor has the full responsibility for engineering design, planning, production, installation, testing, training and documentation. This competition is for project part 2, delivery of the stage machinery. The planned solution is based on a system with traditional stage features with the addition of point stretches. There will be up to 16 stage covers, 2 side covers and 4 courts for a variable number of concentrated stretches. The pulley rods are to be carried by four steel wires or steel band. A steel construction dedicated to the stage machinery will be installed by another contractor. The existing HEA beams will be disassembled. Eight new beams will be assembled in the hall ́s longitudinal direction, placed so that four are used for stage stretches and four for concentrated stretches and/or other temporary equipment. The machinery will be located above the balcony on one side of the stage. A dividing wall will be set up to create an engine room and screen for sound between the winches and the stage. The entire system, including the pulleys and control system with security functions, shall be constructed in accordance with the norm NO-EN 17206 "Event technology, machinery for stages and other production areas, Safety requirements and inspections". The installation shall fulfil relevant EU directives, including directives for machines, low voltage and EMC.
