The aim of the process is to procure a user friendly, safe and secure Management tool to support the Norwegian Directorate of Health ́s responsibility for management, storage, presentation and development of code systems and terminology in use in the health and care sector. The management tool that shall be procured will replace the contracting authority ́s current management tool. Any future needs that require further development are wanted as an option. A contract shall be signed with one (1) tenderer. See the requirement specifications for further details on the procurement ́s purpose and extent.

Tool for plagiarism control
Anska shall procure a system for control of plagiarism for the sixth form colleges in Akershus, Buskerud and Østfold. The tool shall be able to be integrated into Microsoft Teams. The aim of the tool is to determine if pupils have plagiarised other people ́s text that can be online and/or previously submitted assignments. The tool should also be able to uncover the use of KI generated text. The users of the tool will be teachers in the sixth form colleges.

Procurement of a press for waste management
The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract for the procurement of a press with automatic binding for use in waste management. The press can be offered with or without feeding band, as the feed band is a voluntary option. The press shall as a minimum be able to be used for compressing and bundling paper, cardboard and plastic packaging. It is desirable that the offered press can also press hard plastic and agricultural plastic. Other fractions can also be relevant based on what the offered equipment is suitable for. The press shall have a minimum of 60 tonnes of press power. Tenderers must describe their assessments and state the reference facilities in their tender offer.

The Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate ("NVE", "Contracting Authority" or "The Customer") is responsible for administering the country's water and energy resources. NVE shall ensure safe electricity supply and to improve society's ability to handle floods and avalanche hazards. The objective of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the procurement of a network based interaction tool for use in projects within the area of responsibility for the avalanche and watercourses department in NVE. NVE has not previously had its own digital interaction scale. Teams, e-mails, the case and archive system P360 are currently used, etc., to handle the exchange and storage of information in projects.
