IVAR IKS shall consolidate several outgoing IT operations agreements into a new operations agreement. The scope is all of office related IT. This includes the following service towers: * Digital workplace - Managed client and Microsoft - Including the procurement of digital workplace hardware and software (Microsoft end-user licences) for the office environment. * End-user support - Service desk - Some onsite support * Hybrid network - At the main office and other locations. * Hybrid infrastructure - Microsoft Azure environment - Data Centre * Application operation - Basic operational services - 24x7 operation and security services. The Contracting Authority also procures IT equipment for our OT environment and other IVAR operations. This is not included in this tender contest.

Office Services Agreement
The contracting authority needs to enter into a framework agreement for office support services, including delivery, management and administration of licences and accompanying cloud services. The delivery shall include the necessary licence types for users and organisational entities, as well as the services required for ongoing administration, change management, consultancy and support related to the Microsoft 365 platform.

Dealer of software
The objective of the tender enquiry is to establish a framework agreement for software licences for software management, including consultancy, assistance and support. A framework agreement shall be signed with a dealer. Information is defined that some contracting authorities can have separate overlapping agreements for consultancy services. Furthermore, it is emphasised that the procurement of business systems such as finance systems, personnel systems, logistics systems and service-heavy applications within teaching (LMS, Digital Exams, etc.) etc. is not included in this agreement. Microsoft licences, Oracle, SAP are not included in this contract. Businesses will be free to hold separate competitions for software where they assess that the extent is so large or complex that it dictates a separate competition.
