Ausschreibungsbeschreibung
RTE is the French Transmission System Operator, a public service company responsible for developing, maintaining and operating all electricity transmission assets in France, French territorial waters and the French exclusive economic zone, to the extent directly connected to the French transmission grid and for ensuring the secure supply of power. In this context, the responsibility for the connection of French offshore wind farms and European countries transmission grid to the French grid has been entrusted by the French government to RTE. In order for RTE to perform its duties, RTE intends to perform marine surveys on French coasts from project de-risking phases to maintenance phases. RTE is thus launching a qualification system for economic operators able to conduct marine surveys (“Qualification System”). The objective of this Qualification System is to identify and qualify economic operators with the technical expertise and resources necessary to carry out marine surveys along the export cable(s) and interconnector(s) corridors and/or in offshore substation areas. Only qualified suppliers will be invited to participate in upcoming competitive tenders for marine survey contracts related to RTE’s offshore needs.

Framework agreement for artist surveys
The Norwegian Directorate of Culture and Culture wishes to carry out surveys on the artists' income, living and working conditions. The surveys shall follow-up the Artist Survey 2019, further developed in accordance with the recommendations from the Model and Method Committee for artist surveys and adapted to the Cultural Directorate ́s and the Cultural Council ́s need for new knowledge, including through new themes in the surveys ́ survey part. The first call-off is estimated to have an upper limit of NOK 2,700,000 excluding VAT and the expected production ready report before June 1, 2027.

Monitoring foreign marine species in ports
The objective of the assignment is monitoring foreign marine species in Norwegian ports, early observation and possibly measures. Seagroing on ships is considered the most important way of importation for marine introduced species, and monitoring high-risk ports will provide a much better overview than what we currently have for which species come to Norway. The estimated value of the procurement is estimated to NOK 20,000,000 - NOK 25,000,000. The Norwegian Environment Agency ́s budget limit for the monitoring programme is NOK 2,300,000 per annum. The budget limit in 2026 is NOK 3,600,000 due to an increased budget limit.

Procurement of a drilling tower for geotechnical ground surveys.
The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, c/o the Operations and Maintenance Division, Ground Drilling, shall procure a new drilling tower for geotechnical ground surveys, as one of the current drilling tower is now ripe for replacement. The drilling tower shall be used for ground surveys in accordance with the Norwegian Public Roads Administration's handbooks and the Norwegian Geotechnical Association ́s messages on the execution of ground surveys. The drilling tower is primarily intended to be used in the Mid/North Norway, but it can be used nationwide.

M/R-station Kongens Tisted
The Contracting Authority wants to purchase an M/R station (Measuring & Regulating Station). The station is to be used for pressure reduction of natural gas between the transmission pipeline and the distribution pipeline. The M/R station will reduce pressure from 80 (transmission) to 55 bar (Distribution), supplying the northern part of Jutland. This is necessary to cover an increasing demand for supply of natural gas during the winter. Furthermore, the transmission line with reduced pressure will also function to balance all the northern distribution grids by providing an additional line pack and thereby using the increasing biogas potential in the region throughout the year. The M/R station will have a flow capacity in the range 0-100,000 Nm3/h range. The M/R station is part of the larger FTB (Fast track Biogas) project. The aim of the FTB project is to establish compressor stations between the distribution and transmission grid. This will enable flow of natural gas and biogas in both directions, making it possible to distribute gas nationally through Denmark, utilizing the biogas produced locally. The compressor station exist of compressor, deodorization and measuring units. For further details regarding the purchase, reference is made to the tender documents. The value of the contract is expected to amount to 3,000,000 EURO. Offers can be submitted for one agreement.

SLA‑5 “Repair Services AC Offshore” forms a crucial part of TenneT’s integrated offshore repair strategy for the 700 MW AC export systems. The purpose of this tender is to establish a multi‑year contractual framework that ensures TenneT can reliably execute offshore jointing activities whenever a cable repair is required. Failures in offshore export cables can have significant consequences on grid availability, offshore wind farm revenue streams, and regulatory compliance obligations. For this reason, TenneT must maintain a high level of technical preparedness and rapid response capability.
