Ausschreibungsbeschreibung
The objective of the agreement is to ensure an efficient, secure and cost efficient system for the distribution of invoices and letters to the Contracting Authority's final users. The service shall include both digital systems that the Customer can use, as well as pure distribution services, including sending physical invoices and letters on paper. The Customer currently uses the Invoice System Customer, delivered by CGI. The main billing will take place at the start of the month and approx. 160,000 installations will be invoiced monthly. In addition invoices are run on cease-running customers daily. The invoices will be sent to the invoice distributor in batch as XML files with a predefined invoice channel. In addition it is sent daily by letter sending in batch as PDF files. The system shall also include the following functionality: * Invoice hotel for storage and presentation of invoices. The invoices shall be stored both in the invoice hotel and in the Customer, which is the Customer ́s invoice system. * Self-service portal for tracing distribution and delivery status. * Documentation documentation, so that the invoices can be adapted with relevant information and annexes. Tenderers shall offer a flexible and scaleable system that safeguards the Contracting Authority ́s need for high quality, traceability and compliance with the current laws and regulations.

The objective of the procurement is to procure one high capacity scanner for digital pathology for routine scanning of histological tissue section at the Pathology Department, St. Olavs Hospital HF. The procured scanner system shall support effective and secure digitalisation of tissue glass for use in clinical routine diagnostics, including primary diagnostics carried out by pathology, as well as for image analysis, research, development projects and work with artificial intelligence (KI). The scanner system shall be suitable for continual operation in a high volume laboratory and it shall be able to carry out automated and unmanned batch scanning during nights and weekends. The system shall contribute to a low operational load for laboratory personnel through a high degree of automation, stability and efficient work flow, at the same time that manual and semi-automatic scanning is required. The scanner system shall be able to be integrated with the Contracting Authority ́s existing digital pathology system (Philips IntelliSite Pathology Solution – PIPS), as well as support relevant open standards for further use of image data in an analysis and research context. The system shall also enable flexible handling and storing of image files suitable for different purposes, including clinical operation and project/research use. There is no need for fluorescent scanning or scanning glass with particularly large formats beyond standard histological object glass. The scanner system shall be designed for practical and intuitive use in a routine laboratory, with an efficient and predictable work flow. Framework agreement for workshop services for refuse collection vehicles.
Background Renovasjonen IKS needs to establish a framework agreement for workshop services for its refuse collection vehicles. The need is justified by increased maintenance needs in the vehicle fleet, several vehicles with continuous service and repair needs, as well as reduced capacity at the contracting authority ́s internal workshop. The sanitation vehicles are central to daily routes and stoppages can have direct consequences for the collection services. There is therefore a need for service providers who can contribute to stable operation, reduced downtime and quick return of vehicles to ordinary operative services. The procurement shall further facilitate for more predictable follow-up of the vehicle fleet and better planning of maintenance and repairs. The framework agreement shall give the contracting authority access to the necessary workshop capacity to handle both planned works and unforeseen events in an efficient and operationally responsible manner. Description of the assignment The assignment includes the delivery of workshop services for the contracting authority ́s refuse collection vehicles through a framework agreement. The delivery shall cover ordinary and periodic maintenance, EU inspections, emergency repairs, troubleshooting and repairs of hydraulics and additions, as well as welding and body repairs. The tenderer shall be able to handle refuse collection vehicles with associated technical systems as a combined unit. This includes i.a. compressor vehicles with lifting and emptying equipment, hook trucks, lift additions for waste containers, as well as the chassis, hydraulic systems and sanitation additions. Workshop services with high availability and capacity are requested to assist both with planned service assignments and in connection with stoppages. The assignment shall support the contracting authority ́s need for quick follow-up and effective execution of maintenance and repair work, so that the vehicle fleet is kept as operative as possible. It will be possible for several tenderers to qualify and be awarded a place on the framework agreement, provided that they fulfil the qualification requirements and other requirements in the tender documentation. This shall contribute to sufficient capacity, high availability and robust security of deliveries during the agreement period.
