Bergen municipality shall procure a new trade system for collection. The aim of the procurement is to have a collection system in place that contributes to more efficient work processes and that provides the possibility for development in accordance with needs and requirements within this management area. Painting and covering services, framework agreement Troms County - RFI
Troms County (henceforth referred to as the contracting authority) shall enter into a new framework agreement for painting and covering services and associated equipment. Material will also be considered for assignments that the contracting authority shall use for its own activities and shall also be included in the contract. The contracting authority would like to enter into an agreement that covers the need we may have for this type of service in the entire county. This includes, for example, sixth form colleges, official residences and dental clinics. The contract shall ensure that we achieve cost effective and rational procurements of painting and covering services in accordance with the current laws and regulations. The framework agreement will mainly be used for the procurement of ongoing and operational related services, but it can also be used for some investment projects where it is deemed appropriate. We are currently in a preparatory phase of the procurement process. As part of the preparation phase, the contracting authority would like to invite all relevant tenderers to comment on the provisional drafts for the requirement specifications, price form and contract terms. The documents are attached to this market dialogue. Emphasis is put on the fact that tenderers shall not fill in the attached tender documents, but give feedback on the questions included in the document "Information on RFI - Framework agreement on painting and covering services" under point 3.Deadline for feedback is 30 April 2026 at 12.00. At the expiry of the hearing deadline, the contracting authority will review received input. The contract will then assess which input could be appropriate to include in the final documents. The Contracting Authority is not obliged to comply with the input, and emphasises that the attached documents are to be seen as provisional drafts. Any questions or needs for an extended deadline shall be sent to the contracting authority via Mercell. Tenderers who register their interest can be contacted by the contracting authority in the preparation phase if there is a need for further clarification. The contracting authority will not reimburse costs incurred for the participation of the hearing.

Drammen municipality, c/o the Digitalisation and ICT business and The Company Internal Service invites actors within ICT operational services to a market dialogue connected to Drammen municipality ́s need for new ICT operational services.Drammen municipality has historically had a close cooperation with Bodø municipality for procurements of ICT services and was a participant in Bodø municipality ́s RFI process in spring 2025. Based on the RFI process, the municipalities chose to implement a joint procurement process for the procurement of services within digital security (SOC + IRT etc.), which meant that separate contracts were signed with Atea AS in January 26.Drammen municipality intends to publish a tender documentation by the end of June 26. INVITATION TO MARKET DIALOGUE Introduction Vestfold fylkeskommune invites suppliers of company health services to a market dialogue. The Contracting Authority is subject to the Public Procurement Regulations (LOA and FOA). In Vestfold County we are responsible for a number of areas that touch people in all their lives. Our organisation consists of approx. 2400 employees with assignments across different areas. Amongst other things, we are responsible for the ten sixth form colleges in the county with more than 8,000 pupils and 1,450 employees. We are responsible for public transport and the county roads, and if you are going to the dentist it is likely that it is one of our 14 dental clinics you visit. Our role also extends far into social development, where we engage in commitment to climate, business, society and plan, culture and cultural heritage. This is one of the things that illustrates the breadth of our multi-disciplinary development organisation. The county is a politically controlled organisation and every fourth year there is a county election. There are a total of 41 members in vestfold county council. The County Council makes decisions on major and principled cases. Objective of the market dialogue The county plans to procure new framework agreements for company health services Q3 2026 and would like, thus, a dialogue with the market. The aim of the market dialogue is to get an overview of what are available and how these can cover the contracting authority ́s needs, expectations and requirements for company health services. Participation in the market dialogue will not obligate either the supplier or the contracting authorities as regards later procurements. The market dialogue is not to be considered as part of the pending procurement processes. Final decisions and choices for the procurement processes have not been made by the publication of the invitation. Practical information about the market dialogue Tenderers are invited to present their services in one-to-one meetings in Vestfold county ́s premises. The exact time for these meetings will be set up after the registration deadline. Implementation of the market dialogue. The dialogue meetings will be held 7 May and 13 May. Sykehusinnkjøp HF shall, on behalf of the Ambulance Service at Nordland Hospital, procure driver's licence training for class C1. Approx. 60 employees require such training. We would like tenderers to offer training at 2-3 geographical locations, for example Bodø, Sortland and Gravdal. The planned start-up for the training is January 2027, and the implementation/delivery will continue until all the relevant employees have completed the driving licence training in class C1. It is a prerequisite that there is a plan for the implementation of the training by October 2026.
