Automated Border Control: e-Gates
The Contracting Authority will enter into an agreement for the procurement and maintenance of Automated Border Control: e-Gates (the Solution). The contract value is approximately 4-5 million Euro, including the purchase, maintenance and options for the Solution. INVITATION TO MARKERT DIALOGUE With this RFI Yle invites interested suppliers to participate in the market dialogue held prior publishing the call for tenders (RFQ or RFP). In this RFI, Yle is looking to identify the solutions available in the market that could meet Yle’s needs. In the RFI process, Yle may schedule meetings with a few chosen suppliers. Yle is preparing a public procurement concerning a solution for media management, archiving, preservation and security. SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE PROCUREMENT The planned procurement concerns a comprehensive solution for: * Long-term Preservation: Archiving and preserving media assets for the long term. * Asset Management and Security: Securely managing, storing, and enabling the retrieval of media assets. * Lifecycle and Metadata Management: Managing the content lifecycle and associated metadata. * System Integration: Seamlessly integrating with existing production and content management systems. * Data Integrity: Guaranteeing data availability, security, and compliance. Energinet is currently conducting a market assessment and preparing procurement materials for the establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System to be used for the execution of mini-tenders concerning the acquisition of standard software and related services supporting control center operations. Energinet expects to publish the DPS with a set of overarching framework conditions. Following publication, suppliers that meet the defined admission requirements will be able to apply for inclusion in the system. The specific requirements for admission will be made available upon publication of the DPS. Submission of input is voluntary and intended to support Energinet in ensuring that the requirement specifications are aligned with market standards.
