Painting and covering services, framework agreement Troms County - RFI
Troms County (henceforth referred to as the contracting authority) shall enter into a new framework agreement for painting and covering services and associated equipment. Material will also be considered for assignments that the contracting authority shall use for its own activities and shall also be included in the contract. The contracting authority would like to enter into an agreement that covers the need we may have for this type of service in the entire county. This includes, for example, sixth form colleges, official residences and dental clinics. The contract shall ensure that we achieve cost effective and rational procurements of painting and covering services in accordance with the current laws and regulations. The framework agreement will mainly be used for the procurement of ongoing and operational related services, but it can also be used for some investment projects where it is deemed appropriate. We are currently in a preparatory phase of the procurement process. As part of the preparation phase, the contracting authority would like to invite all relevant tenderers to comment on the provisional drafts for the requirement specifications, price form and contract terms. The documents are attached to this market dialogue. Emphasis is put on the fact that tenderers shall not fill in the attached tender documents, but give feedback on the questions included in the document "Information on RFI - Framework agreement on painting and covering services" under point 3.Deadline for feedback is 30 April 2026 at 12.00. At the expiry of the hearing deadline, the contracting authority will review received input. The contract will then assess which input could be appropriate to include in the final documents. The Contracting Authority is not obliged to comply with the input, and emphasises that the attached documents are to be seen as provisional drafts. Any questions or needs for an extended deadline shall be sent to the contracting authority via Mercell. Tenderers who register their interest can be contacted by the contracting authority in the preparation phase if there is a need for further clarification. The contracting authority will not reimburse costs incurred for the participation of the hearing.

Plumbing services, framework agreement
The competition is for the provision of plumbing services within heating installations, sanitary installations and sprinkler installations with material. The municipality owns, operates, maintains and manages approx. 155,000 m2 buildings (buildings for education, education, health, managing housing, stores and cultural buildings, municipal engineering etc.). Tenderers shall provide materials for all assignments that are to be carried out by the tenderer, unless the contracting authority requires otherwise. The framework agreement shall mainly cover the municipality ́s need for plumbing services for ongoing operations and maintenance work in the contract period. County is included as the contracting authority for both lots. The aim of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for helicopter services and shall ensure the Contracting Authority access to helicopter services as needed, in an efficient, safe and predictable way. Background Renovasjonen IKS needs to establish a framework agreement for workshop services for its refuse collection vehicles. The need is justified by increased maintenance needs in the vehicle fleet, several vehicles with continuous service and repair needs, as well as reduced capacity at the contracting authority ́s internal workshop. The sanitation vehicles are central to daily routes and stoppages can have direct consequences for the collection services. There is therefore a need for service providers who can contribute to stable operation, reduced downtime and quick return of vehicles to ordinary operative services. The procurement shall further facilitate for more predictable follow-up of the vehicle fleet and better planning of maintenance and repairs. The framework agreement shall give the contracting authority access to the necessary workshop capacity to handle both planned works and unforeseen events in an efficient and operationally responsible manner. Description of the assignment The assignment includes the delivery of workshop services for the contracting authority ́s refuse collection vehicles through a framework agreement. The delivery shall cover ordinary and periodic maintenance, EU inspections, emergency repairs, troubleshooting and repairs of hydraulics and additions, as well as welding and body repairs. The tenderer shall be able to handle refuse collection vehicles with associated technical systems as a combined unit. This includes i.a. compressor vehicles with lifting and emptying equipment, hook trucks, lift additions for waste containers, as well as the chassis, hydraulic systems and sanitation additions. Workshop services with high availability and capacity are requested to assist both with planned service assignments and in connection with stoppages. The assignment shall support the contracting authority ́s need for quick follow-up and effective execution of maintenance and repair work, so that the vehicle fleet is kept as operative as possible. It will be possible for several tenderers to qualify and be awarded a place on the framework agreement, provided that they fulfil the qualification requirements and other requirements in the tender documentation. This shall contribute to sufficient capacity, high availability and robust security of deliveries during the agreement period.

Procurement of a service contract for gas installations.
NTNU shall enter into a framework agreement for the inspection and maintenance of gas installations for NTNU ́s buildings in Trondheim. The delivery and place of work for the deliveries will be NTNU in Trondheim. The gas installations included in this agreement are located in a total of 15 different buildings in Trondheim. The buildings are mainly located at Gløshaugen in addition to a small number on Brattøra and Øya. The service contract is administered by the property department at NTNU, but the gas installations are owned by different institutes and the work shall be invoiced directly to each individual institute/site owner, total 23 units. The facilities currently include approx. 269 gas centrals with a total of 1,484 call-offs. The contracting authority is different departments and faculty at NTNU, Rise PFI AS and Sintef, each of which is the owner and orderer for their plants. The contract shall be a complete service agreement that includes: • Annual systematic condition checks • Improvements, including maintenance and repairs, as well as minor expansions and changes in the existing installations, as needed. • Re-opening and shut-off of systems and components as needed, a complete description of the delivery is in the requirement specification.
