Oslo University Hospital (OUS) invites tenderers to a competition for the procurement of two automated electroforese instruments that shall be used for quality control of DNA and RNA samples in connection with NGS and dPCR projects. The procurement also includes options for a total of 10 instruments, as well as options for service agreements and servicing. The Hospital in Vestfold HF has entered into an agreement with Histolab Products AS for a fully automatic robotic microtome. The contract is entered into in accordance with the procurement without a contract in accordance with the procurement regulations §13-4 letter b. Vestfold Hospital has signed a contract after more than ten days calculated from the day after the date of notice of intent. Glucose meters for Østfold Hospital
The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of glucose meters for Østfold Hospital. There is an option on a service agreement in the equipment ́s lifetime and there are 7 options for re-use of the tender to voluntary health authorities in Helse Sør-Øst within 4 years of the contract being signed. The stated estimate is the number in the maximum contract period, eight years and is an estimate of information to the tenderer. The estimated value is not binding for the future contract volume. Increased need may occur with a general increase in procedures performed, unforeseen breakdowns etc. A new beam and somatic building shall also be constructed, which can lead to an expected increase in volume. Such conditions are expected to increase the need between 5 and 40% and the maximum extent of the procurement is therefore equal to the value of the estimated amount stated in the Price Form plus 40%.
