Consultancy services in connection with acute avalanche incidents.
The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for avalanche consultancy services in connection with acute avalanche events or atrocities related to danger to such, including rock fall, rock slide, snow, sledge, landslides, landslides and flood avalanches, as well as quick clay landslides. The contract does not include consultancy services in connection with: large rock slides. The value of the contract is estimated to NOK 5-15 million excluding VAT, with an upper limit of NOK 30 million excluding VAT over four years, but does not involve any obligations. Call-offs will depend on flood and avalanche events, and are, in their nature, unpredictable. Please note that there can be considerable differences in value between the different sub-contracts, both between disciplines and geographical areas. This is the reason why there is a fairly large gap in the estimated value and between the estimated value and maximum value. This is because the need for assistance varies with the events ́ scope, frequency and geographical location. NVE has no way of controlling or affecting when and where such events occur.
