Transport services for Haugesund municipality.
Haugesund municipality shall enter into contracts for transport services. Three sub-contracts shall be signed, including one ongoing service contract and two framework agreements. A contract shall be signed with one tenderer per sub-contract, but one tenderer can submit tenders for one or several of the sub-contracts and can be awarded several sub-contracts. The sub-contracts include the following: Sub-contract A: Ongoing service agreement for driving pupils in connection with regular school transport of pupils with dangerous school roads. This includes i.a. driving pupils to and from schools during the entire school year, with the exception of holidays, holidays etc. Sub-contract B: Framework agreement for transporting taxis and maxitaxi for various municipal assignments. This includes i.a. driving of users connected to the municipality ́s day centre, residential and welfare centres, driving employees in assignments, as well as driving older users. Sub-contract C: Framework agreement for transporting buses and mini buses for excursions and trips. This includes i.a. driving pupils, nursery children, municipal users, municipal employees etc. in minibuses and buses.

Framework agreement - Booked assignments Bus services (sub-contracts)
Kristiansand municipality hereby invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a Framework Agreement - Booking Assignment, Bus Transport. Kristiansand Havn IKS, Kilden Teater og Konserthus and Lillesand kommune are also participants in this competition and shall act separately as independent legal contract parties. The contracting authority(s) need to enter into a framework agreement for booked assignments for bus transport. The services concern transport assignments by bus and/or minibus, which are not covered by other public transport agreements. The competition is divided into two (2) sub-contracts. Sub-contract 1 - Kristiansand: Includes Kristiansand municipality, Kristiansand Havn IKS and Kilden Teater og Konserthus IKS. Sub-contract 2 - Lillesand: Includes Lillesand municipality. Framework agreement - Booked assignments Bus services (sub-contracts)
Sub-contract 1 includes the contracting authorities Kristiansand municipality, Kristiansand Havn IKS and Kilden Teater and Konserthus IKS. The contracting authorities need to enter into a framework agreement for booked assignments for bus transport. The services concern transport assignments by bus and/or minibus, which are not covered by other public transport agreements. Statistics from the current agreement show that most of the assignment from Kristiansand municipality will be transport of school classes to and from swimming pools. These assignments are within the municipal borders for the relevant contracting authority. Occasional assignments can also be included, e.g. tour assignments, transport of school classes to and from camp stays, transport of different delegations to short and longer assignments, as well as other transport assignments that naturally come under the performance description. Kristiansand Havn IKS needs bus transport by cruise call at other terminals than The Port of Kristiansand, as well as other tailor made assignments for their employees and guests. Other more sporadic assignments may also occur. Kilden Teater og Konserthus [Kilden Teater og Konserthus] needs transport of approx. 80 musicians with instruments for tours 3-4 times a year, mainly domestic, but also occasional abroad. In addition there can be transport of school classes to concerts and rehearsals at Kilden, as well as bussing musicians to schools in connection with DKS projects and outreach activities. Mini buses for smaller ensembles for chamber concerts and projects in the Agder region may also be relevant. Measures: ML1.4.1 Contribute to the fact that a new agreement for public transport shall be ensured as much as possible emission-free vehicles. This sub-contract will be covered by Kristiansand municipality's environmental ambition and emphasised as a part of the award criteria. See the annexes for further information on the needs. The procurement is for public transport services in the Kristiansand and Vennesla routes. The assignment shall be delivered by using buses and mini buses. The contract will start 01.07.2028. The assignment comprises parts of the politically adopted mobility offer that the Contracting Authority takes care of on behalf of the county and municipality and that are necessary for carrying out statutory assignments within, among other things, school transport. The contract shall contribute to achieving general objectives for the mobility offer in the route area with satisfied customers and effective and sustainable use of resources. ACT's vision is: "It shall be simple and attractive to travel collectively", and the Contracting Authority strives to have contracts that invite the Operator to take an active role in the development of tenders. The parties have a common goal of making public transport a natural first choice for travellers in the area.
