The procurement is for public transport services in the Kristiansand and Vennesla routes. The assignment shall be delivered by using buses and mini buses. The contract will start 01.07.2028. The assignment comprises parts of the politically adopted mobility offer that the Contracting Authority takes care of on behalf of the county and municipality and that are necessary for carrying out statutory assignments within, among other things, school transport. The contract shall contribute to achieving general objectives for the mobility offer in the route area with satisfied customers and effective and sustainable use of resources. ACT's vision is: "It shall be simple and attractive to travel collectively", and the Contracting Authority strives to have contracts that invite the Operator to take an active role in the development of tenders. The parties have a common goal of making public transport a natural first choice for travellers in the area.

Transport services for glass and metal.
The contracting authority needs transport services from glass and metal packaging from Heggstadmoen to Circle glass AS in its facility in Gamle Fredrikstad. The distance is around 572 km. There are estimated 130 trips and 3,200 tons per annum. Tenderers shall give a fixed price per trip. The contracting authority can, if needed, use the contract for associated transport assignments that are outside the transport of glass and metal packaging. Price will be agreed upon when an order is placed. See the requirement specifications (Annex 1) for further details on the procurement. Based on historical figures, the total procurement is estimated to have a value of NOK 5.5 million over the 4 year contract period. The actual volume can vary from year to year. The estimate is not binding for the contracting authority, and changes in the financial or political framework terms can lead to the estimated number of assignments being increased or reduced. The contract will be valid for a maximum amount of up to NOK 7 million during the agreement period. The estimates do not involve any obligation for withdrawals under the framework agreement. The contracting authority will be bound by call-offs against the framework agreement.

Troms County (henceforth referred to as the contracting authority) shall enter into a new framework agreement for painting and covering services and associated equipment. Material will also be considered for assignments that the contracting authority shall use for its own activities and shall also be included in the contract. The contracting authority would like to enter into an agreement that covers the need we may have for this type of service in the entire county. This includes, for example, sixth form colleges, official residences and dental clinics. The contract shall ensure that we achieve cost effective and rational procurements of painting and covering services in accordance with the current laws and regulations. The framework agreement will mainly be used for the procurement of ongoing and operational related services, but it can also be used for some investment projects where it is deemed appropriate. We are currently in a preparatory phase of the procurement process. As part of the preparation phase, the contracting authority would like to invite all relevant tenderers to comment on the provisional drafts for the requirement specifications, price form and contract terms. The documents are attached to this market dialogue. Emphasis is put on the fact that tenderers shall not fill in the attached tender documents, but give feedback on the questions included in the document "Information on RFI - Framework agreement on painting and covering services" under point 3.Deadline for feedback is 30 April 2026 at 12.00. At the expiry of the hearing deadline, the contracting authority will review received input. The contract will then assess which input could be appropriate to include in the final documents. The Contracting Authority is not obliged to comply with the input, and emphasises that the attached documents are to be seen as provisional drafts. Any questions or needs for an extended deadline shall be sent to the contracting authority via Mercell. Tenderers who register their interest can be contacted by the contracting authority in the preparation phase if there is a need for further clarification. The contracting authority will not reimburse costs incurred for the participation of the hearing.

Single Supplier Framework for the Provision of Multi- Disciplinary Design Services for Bus Depots- PQQ stage
The National Transport Authority (the “Authority”) is seeking an experienced MultiDisciplinary Design Services Partner (“MDDSP”) to provide Multi Disciplinary Design Services for Bus Depots under a single supplier Framework Agreement. The services shall cover all the phases of the delivery of new and/or enhanced bus depot facilities, to support the operation of public bus services in Ireland from concept design/site selection/due diligence/planning all the way through to oversight of construction works. National policies and strategies for the decarbonisation of the transport system includes plans to significantly expand bus services and transition the bus and coach fleet away from diesel fuelled buses to zero emission technologies. In order to support both the expansion and transition to zero emission buses, it is necessary for the Authority to consider the supporting bus depot facilities that are required to deliver an efficient and effective bus system. The current level of bus depot provision will require significant expansion. It will be necessary to ensure adequate provision of electric charging infrastructure at depot locations while also considering the appropriate location of depots to reduce the impact of out of service mileage on the operation of electric bus fleets. It is intended that the Framework Agreement shall be in place for an initial period of four (4) years with the option for the Authority to extend on an annual basis for up to two (2) additional years. The estimated value of this Framework Agreement is €45,000,000. The maximum value of this Framework Agreement is €60,000,000. Harstad municipality has its own laundry at Bjarkøy. Care in island communities is therefore exempt from this agreement. These entities shall have an option to join the contract on verbatim terms at a later date. Based on statistics, the annual consumption is estimated to NOK 7,000,000 for both municipalities combined. The estimate is not binding for the contracting authority and the actual amount will vary according to budget and activity level. An upper total limit has been set for the contract ́s value of NOK 35,000,000 for the entire contract period, including options.
