Demonstrated efficacy across peer-reviewed studies in improving nucleic acid yield and tumor purity compared to manual scraping or scalpel methods. 2. Standard practice lacks automation and is labor-intensive, inconsistent and operator-dependent. The Xyall Tissector automates a traditionally manual and time-consuming step, freeing staff for other testing. Consistent tissue enrichment reduces repeat assays and lowers wasted reagents. Compared to LCM instruments and consumables, the Xyall’s tabletop footprint and consumables offer a significant cost of advantage. Uses validated standard workflows with software assisted complete documentation of tissue selection and processing- critical for CLIA/CAP audits. Suggested delivery 1 Tissector Table top and 3 to 9 years of maintenance Conclusion By means of this call for voluntary ex ante transparency, LUMC informs parties of its intention and provides the opportunity to submit a reasoned objection against this intention. If parties have objections against the intended purchase from Xyall B.V., please inform LUMC on the last appearance of 09-03-2026 before 17:00 h. by sending an email directed at: aanbestedingen@lumc.nl with reference to Jimmy Been, Procurement. When during this term no objections have been raised, LUMC is free to acquire it’s desired Tissector Table top from Xyall B.V.

The Department of Mechanical, Manufacturing and Biomedical Engineering in Trinity College Dublin requires the supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of an advanced 2D/3D Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV) and Digital Image Correlation (DIC) system to support cutting-edge experimental research in fluid dynamics and solid mechanics. The system shall comprise a high-energy pulsed laser, synchronised high-resolution cameras, precision timing and control units, and fully integrated acquisition and analysis software. The solution must be capable of capturing high-accuracy, time-resolved measurements of velocity fields, particle motion, and surface deformation, enabling two-dimensional (2D) and ideally also three-dimensional (3D) analysis. It should support applications involving complex flow regimes, multiphase flows, and structural behaviour under varying conditions. Flexibility for future upgrades is essential, including the potential to incorporate temperature and scalar concentration measurements. The equipment must demonstrate proven reliability, accuracy, and repeatability, and be suitable for intensive research use. Full installation, calibration, commissioning, and user training are required, along with comprehensive documentation and ongoing technical support. The system must integrate seamlessly with existing laboratory infrastructure and contribute to enhancing the Department’s research capabilities and output.

This entails a range of topics, including but not limited to ecosystem-based adaptation, nature-based solutions, biodiversity and climate mainstreaming, gender, water, forest and climate financing, deforestation-free supply chains, resource efficiency, circular economy, plastics, transformation of energy systems, and UN negotiations. Operationalisation of the Humanitarian-Development-Peace nexus in Haiti under the Multisector Program for the Resilience and Recovery of Social Services
As “first pillar” of the Programme multisectoriel pour la Résilience et la relance des Services sociaux (PMRS) / Multisectoral Programme for Resilience and Recovery of Social Services, this Technical Assistance aims at operationalising the triple Nexus (humanitarian, development and peace) among all stakeholders engaged in providing external aid in Haiti. Several cooperation mechanisms exist in Haiti, although their scope is limited by sector of intervention or type of organisations (e.g. humanitarian clusters, sectoral tables, etc.). The external service provider, specialised in nexus operationalisation in conflict-affected environment, will connect these initiatives and ensure a joint humanitarian, development and peace analysis focusing on the Metropolitan Area of Port-au-Prince in order to achieve a coordinated programming. This exercise, supported by in-depth consultations with local actors, will lay the foundation for “pillar 2” of the programme [implement multisector projects to facilitate socio-economic recovery through the restoration of essential infrastructure and public services, and in fine improve the quality of life]; the external provider will also support the monitoring of the second pillar’s implementation. And the EU, supported by the external provider, shall promote peacebuilding among key national and international decision makers. This component will build on the approach for Disarmament, Demobilisation, and Reintegration - Community Violence Reduction (DDR-CVR) aimed at restoring peace and stability in conflict and post-conflict settings.
