Agder county has decided to change the bridge solution for county road 3804 Ose bridge from 3 spans to 2 spans reinforced concrete bridge as a result of further engineering design services and interaction in the early phase of the project. The change provides a more feasible solution by allowing work in the river to be carried out in one contiguous operation, reducing river bottom intervention and providing improved conditions for the environment and SHA. The removal of one pillar group in the river reduces the ice load exposure. Brua's function, capacity, dimensions and choice of materials are otherwise unchanged. The procurement law assessment was carried out by Advokatfirma Haavind AS on assignment from Agder fylkeskommune. The amendment shall be implemented pursuant to the contract ́s alteration clause, formalised by an amendment order with remuneration adjustment, cf. point 31.1 in NS 8407, cf. point 34 flg, cf. the Procurement Regulations § 28 1 first section, letter a. The change does not change the contract's overall character.

Intention notice of contract amendment - Ferry connection Mikkelvik-Bromnes
Troms County intends to enter into a contract for a change of contract for the operation of ferries on the connections Bellvik-Vengsøy, Mikkelvik-Bromnes and Rotsund-Havnnes-Uløybukt for 2025-2035. The changes include that the requirement for the capacity of the ferry that shall traffic Mikkelvik-Bromnes is reduced from 24 PBE and 100 Pax. to 16 PBE and 50 Pax. At the same time the number of departures shall increase, so that the total number of PBE per week is maintained. The change is seen as i.a. to provide improved ferry services. The operator ́s re-consideration will be reduced by an average of approx. NOK 1.3 million per annum. This is based on the operator's additional and minor costs of the change, so that the economic balance of the contract does not change in the operator's favour. The contract is planned to be signed after 10 days calculated from the day after the notice date.

Limerick City and County Council (LCCC) proposes to carry out repair works to a number of bridges in County Limerick as part of their 2026 Non National Road Bridge Refurbishment Works. The bridges are located throughout County Limerick. Full details are available in the Tender Documentation.

National road 426 Eigerøy bridge
The main aim of the project is to replace the current Eigerøy bridge with a new bridge which shall be constructed parallel to the south side of the existing one. When the new bridge is finished, shall the old one be demolished. In addition a foot and cycle path shall be established south along the Hovlandsveien, on the current national road 426. Associated roads in the area shall also be upgraded in order to ensure comprehensive improvement of the infrastructure. New Eigerøy Bridge * The new Eigerøy bridge shall be constructed on the south side of the existing bridge. When the new the bridge has been completed, the old bridge shall be demolished. The new bridge is planned as a type of "Concrete slab bridge with blasted columns" with a length of approx. 272 m. * The bridge should typically have a total width of 13.6 m. * The sailing rectangle shall be (HxB) 22.5 m in 23.5 m. Other constructions * New culvert Lauåsen internal dimension (BxH) 3.5 m x 3.1 m * Support construction along Hovlandsvegen * Retaining wall and support construction at Hovlandsvegen 7 and 9 * Retaining wall along Old Eigerøyveien. * Other minor walls and support structures uncovered by the engineering design. need for. A new foot and cycle path shall be constructed as the main solution for walking and cycling. Some parts of the stretch will have pavements. * A new three-armed roundabout shall be constructed at Eigerøy. * The public transport stops along the stretch shall be upgraded to universal design and be equipped with shelters for better comfort and accessibility. * A new national road 426 shall be constructed on the east side of the new bridge, approx. 200 m eastwards. * Approx. 230 m new exit and local road from Langholmveien shall be constructed. Along Hovlandsveien * Along Hovlandsveien, National Road 426, a new foot and cycle path shall be constructed on the east side from the junction with Nyåskaiveien to the new Eigerøy bridge. This road shall connect on foot and cycle paths on the new bridge. The foot and cycle path is approx. 750 m long. The width of the new foot and cycle path varies between 2.5 and 3.0 m plus the shoulder and railing room. * The farthest south continues the current foot and cycle path on the west side of Hovlandsveien up to the existing pedestrian crossing at the public transport stops. Intention notice - Establishment of crushed stone salmon trap in Tanavassdraget (Seida)
The procurement is for the establishment and later removal of foundations for crushed salmon trap in Tana River near Seida. The work includes setting down a considerable number of poles in river bottom under demanding hydrologic conditions, including work in flowing water with considerable depth and current, as well as disassembly and removal of the installation at the end of the season before laying ice. The execution is planned for 2027 and requires execution within a short window of spring flooding (approx. mid-June). Delays can result in the initiative not being carried out by the current season. The contract can include an option for equivalent work in 2029. The implementation requires the use of specialised equipment and experience from equivalent work in a river, as well as the ability to handle logistics and operations in a geographically demanding area with limited availability. The contracting authority considers that the terms for the procurement without a competition are met, cf. the procurement regulations § 13-4 letter b no. 2, as competition in practice is impossible for technical and operative reasons. An open tender contest was held for equivalent procurements in 2025, where only one tender was received. This indicates that the market for these types of deliveries is very limited. The tenderer in question has developed specially adapted equipment that is assessed as necessary to carry out the work within the available time window. It is not realistic that other suppliers will be able to develop and mobilise equivalent systems within the available time. The contracting authority has assessed the market for relevant contractors, including actors in construction work in water and specialised installations, but has not identified other suppliers who have the necessary competence, capacity and equipment to implement the assignment within the technical, geographical and time limits. Previous PI’s were previously undertaken for most of the structures, however all are in excess of five years since last inspected.
