The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency intends to enter into a multi-year contract that shall cover the annual need for winter maintenance at Ulven camp, including snow clearing, gritting, scraping and removal of snow.
The aim of the procurement is to cover the need for winter operations on municipal roads and open spaces in Hareid municipality in the period from mid November 2025 to and including. spring 2027. Winter operations are divided into seven areas, and this contract consists of stand-by, snow clearing, planing, clearing, clearing of snow ploughing, gritting, gritting and dietary of three of the areas, areas 1,4 and 7.
Sirdal municipality shall enter into a contract for the hire of snow clearing services, clearing and possibly other winter maintenance in the period from 15 October 2025 until 1 June 2029 for routes 13 – Litleli. Other winter maintenance work can be planing, scraping etc. See part II annex 1 with sub-annexes for further information on the contents of the procurement, as well as Annex 4.
