The Centre for Integrity in the Defence Sector (CIDS) in Norway functions as an advisory body as a part of the Ministry of Defence (NOR). CIDS helps strengthen good management and integrity in the defence and related security sector and offers advice to reduce the risk of corruption and unethical conduct. CIDS will carry out the contract with International Public Management Expert on behalf of NOR MOD, hereafter called the Customer. NOR MOD will be the contract party.
