The aim of the procurement is for the Contracting Authority to enter into a framework agreement for the transport of glass and metal packaging. The transport shall take place between the contracting authority ́s locations and to Circle ́s reception of glass and metal packaging in Fredrikstad.
Renovasjons- og gjenvinningsetaten (hereafter called REG) shall procure a new contract for the collection of glass and metal packaging, as well as transport of the packaging to the reception place. The current agreement expires at the end of August 2026. The assignment includes emptying all recycling stations in the municipality - both on private and public ground. Renovasjon i Grenland IKS shall procure a contract for transport and recycling of cardboard waste at two recycling stations in Grenland. The tenderer is responsible for collecting cardboard waste at the recycling facilities and for providing the necessary collection material at the stations. See the tender documentation for further information on what is included in the procurement.
