This project aims to support youth participation and empowerment in Albania's political, economic, and social life. It will enhance youth civil participation, local community engagement, and volunteerism through promoting inclusive, gender-responsive dialogue and strengthening youth capacities at central and local levels. The project focuses on: (a) enhancing capacities of National and Local Youth Councils to enable youth engagement in decision-making; and (b) promoting youth activism and volunteering to improve community resilience and ensure gender-responsive, socially inclusive communities, including for vulnerable youth, minorities, and disabled youth.
