European Union Monitoring Mission in Georgia (EUMM) operates a fleet of vehicles in Georgia. The vehicles are powered with diesel and petrol engines. Additionally, EUMM uses diesel to fuel the power generators. There is a need to have an unhindered supply of fuel through a supplier which is in possession of well-developed fuel distribution network in the whole territory of Georgia, besides locations indicated in the Technical Specifications. The supplier should be able to supply fuel to the applicable quality standards and provide an electronic fuel distribution system with the minimum features as indicated in the Technical Specifications. Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) may be required too if LPG fueled vehicles will be introduced to EUMM fleet in future.

Provision of Vehicle Leasing and Fleet Management Services for Dublin Port
Dublin Port wishes to establish a single party framework agreement for the provision of vehicle leasing and fleet management services. In order to achieve commitments to operational continuity, safe and sustainable port-city relations and compliance with the requirements of the Clean Vehicle Directive, Directive (EU) 2019/1161, Dublin Port Company require the services of a suitably qualified and experienced fleet management company. Requirements will include disposal/recycling of the existing light commercial and passenger car vehicle fleet within the next 2 years and replace with an energy efficient EV, or alternative clean vehicle, LCV/passenger car equivalent. In addition, future management, replacement and disposal of the retained vehicle fleet is a requirement. The replacement interval/timings will be based on the priorities as per table below. The Contracting Entity currently operates a fleet of 24 vehicles which include passenger vehicles and light commercial vehicles which are currently owned and management in-house. The current vehicle fleet operates between 07.00 hours and 19.00 hours, within the confines of the Dublin Port estate the majority of the time, however on occasion may be required to travel outside of the port boundaries to facilitate working requirements (Dublin Inland Port, etc.). Background Renovasjonen IKS needs to establish a framework agreement for workshop services for its refuse collection vehicles. The need is justified by increased maintenance needs in the vehicle fleet, several vehicles with continuous service and repair needs, as well as reduced capacity at the contracting authority ́s internal workshop. The sanitation vehicles are central to daily routes and stoppages can have direct consequences for the collection services. There is therefore a need for service providers who can contribute to stable operation, reduced downtime and quick return of vehicles to ordinary operative services. The procurement shall further facilitate for more predictable follow-up of the vehicle fleet and better planning of maintenance and repairs. The framework agreement shall give the contracting authority access to the necessary workshop capacity to handle both planned works and unforeseen events in an efficient and operationally responsible manner. Description of the assignment The assignment includes the delivery of workshop services for the contracting authority ́s refuse collection vehicles through a framework agreement. The delivery shall cover ordinary and periodic maintenance, EU inspections, emergency repairs, troubleshooting and repairs of hydraulics and additions, as well as welding and body repairs. The tenderer shall be able to handle refuse collection vehicles with associated technical systems as a combined unit. This includes i.a. compressor vehicles with lifting and emptying equipment, hook trucks, lift additions for waste containers, as well as the chassis, hydraulic systems and sanitation additions. Workshop services with high availability and capacity are requested to assist both with planned service assignments and in connection with stoppages. The assignment shall support the contracting authority ́s need for quick follow-up and effective execution of maintenance and repair work, so that the vehicle fleet is kept as operative as possible. It will be possible for several tenderers to qualify and be awarded a place on the framework agreement, provided that they fulfil the qualification requirements and other requirements in the tender documentation. This shall contribute to sufficient capacity, high availability and robust security of deliveries during the agreement period.

Supply of equipment – EV Chargers
The contract concerns the supply, delivery, installation, connection, testing and commissioning of six fast electric vehicle (EV) charging stations in the SouthEast of North Macedonia, to be installed in the municipalities of Strumica, Gevgelija, Valandovo, Radovish, Dojran and Novo Selo. The charging stations shall be supplied in accordance with the technical specifications defined in the tender documentation and shall fully comply with all applicable EU safety, technical and performance standards. Each charging station will be mounted on an appropriate concrete foundation and connected to the electrical grid, including all necessary civil, electrical and auxiliary works required for full operational readiness. The scope of the contract includes, but is not limited to: • Supply, delivery and installation of the EV charging stations with the technical characteristics defined in the tender specifications; • construction of foundation bases for each charging station; • electrical connection works, including cable lines, disconnection boxes and all required protective elements; • installation of vehicle stop elements and vertical and horizontal traffic signage and markings related to the charging points; • testing and commissioning of the installed equipment to ensure safe and proper operation. The contractor shall also provide training for designated local personnel on the operation and routine maintenance of the charging stations, as well as warranty coverage and aftersales support throughout the warranty period. All required documentation, certificates of conformity, technical manuals and asbuilt documentation must be delivered to ensure correct use, maintenance and longterm functionality of the equipment. Delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of the charging stations must be completed within the timelines defined in the project implementation schedule. The charging infrastructure is intended to promote sustainable transport, encourage lowcarbon mobility and contribute to the development of regional electric vehicle infrastructure.
