The Norwegian Public Roads Administration would like to enter into a framework agreement with two tenderers for the provision of legal services within the legal areas construction law and contract law, public procurements and legal advice within real estate. The framework agreement shall apply for the Norwegian Public Roads Administration as the agency, and call-offs can apply to all divisions in the Norwegian Public Roads Administration and the Directorate of Public Roads. Regional procurements in the Kongsvinger region (RIIK) would like to enter into framework agreement on legal consultancy services on behalf of the following municipalities and IKS: - Eidskog municipality- Grue municipality, Kongsvinger municipality- Nord-Odal municipality- Sør-Odal municipality- Våler municipality- Åsnes kommune- Glåmdal fire brigade IKS - Glåmdal intermunicipal water and sewage company IKS - Solør Renovasjon IKS Framework agreement shall include legal consultancy services within most of the legal areas municipalities/IKS can need assistance. Legal areas/services not included in the contract are listed below. The assignment includes, among other things, consultancy and guidance, preparation of legal notes and assessments, quality assurance, assistance in negotiations, training/courses, process clerk etc., the customers are free to engage another law firm for cases that come under the provisions on exemptions from the procurement law and regulations, c.f. the Public Procurement Regulations § 2-4.d (i.a. representation in a case), i.a. based on the desired competence/experience in the concrete case. Customers can, however, make call-offs from the framework agreement supplier for such cases as well. The following areas/services are not included in the framework agreement: Notification reception, including receipt of signals, initial assessment of whether the notification is justifiable and forwarding to the municipality (separate contract area). Child protection cases. A separate contract is planned for this area. Customers can voluntarily enter into a framework agreement for legal consultancy services on child protection cases until a contract has been signed in this area. The lawyers can be used for non-paid legal assistance within the frameworks included in the membership. Other memberships that allow customers to use legal assistance, such as Norsk Vann and Samfunnsbedriftene, can also be used within the frameworks included in the membership without breaching the contract.

The Port of Cork Company (PoCC) wishes to establish a Single Party Framework Agreement for the Provision of Legal Services in relation to Ringaskiddy Projects. PoCC will require third party funding and a construction works contractor(s), it is anticipated that the services required will include (but are not limited to) the following: Banking and Finance, Commercial Contracts, Competition and Joint Ventures, Construction Law, Capital Markets and Public Procurement The successful tenderer will work closely with the Port of Cork’s financial advisor and Law Agent in relation to the legal issues arising out of an assessment of preferred financial and funding options. In addition, the preferred supplier will advise on all aspects of the proposed construction works procurement framework(s) that will be used. Other advices may be required depending on consenting decisions of An Coimisiún Pleanála, Cork County Council, the Maritime Area Regulatory Authority and the Environmental Protection Agency. This RFT applies to the provision of legal services in relation to Ringaskiddy projects only.
