Online exam proctoring system
The object of the procurement is an online remote exam proctoring Software as a Service (SaaS) for Laurea University of Applied Sciences (Laurea UAS). The online remote exam proctoring system must be suitable for higher education students, and it must provide the students with the opportunity to take exams regardless of their location, for example, from home or on/off campus. The procurement includes deployment of the software service, support and maintenance ser-vices, and further development according to this document and its annexes. The procurement concerns a proctoring solution that is used within Laurea's existing learning platform (Canvas) and not as a separate exam system. The system must integrate seamlessly with Canvas and pro-vide video- and audio‑based proctoring records in Canvas recorded and stored by the system. The procurement does not include a personal live monitoring service by the supplier nor does it include the use of artificial intelligence to monitor/check and identify suspected fraud. The online exam proctoring system must meet the requirements set out in the invitation to ten-der and its annexes, especially the requirements set out in Annex 2 Requirements, and the terms and conditions of contract described in Annex A Procurement Agreement.

Metering Data Management system
TenneT is initiating a European tender to select a supplier and solution for a new Metering Data Management System ('Nemesys'). Nemesys should be the next-generation platform supporting metering data processing, allocation, and settlement-related services. Nemesys is intended to be future-proof by design: the solution must remain upgradeable, transparent and controllable over its lifecycle. TenneT therefore positions “configured standard first” as the default approach, with bespoke extensions only where truly necessary and without compromising vendor upgrades. Fingrid Oyj (the Client) is tendering for an Enterprise Architecture management solution delivered as a SaaS service. IDA Strategic Property Team recently carried out an Area Based Traffic and Transport Assessment in Raheen to determine the key infrastructure measures required in Raheen Industrial Estate and its wider infrastructure network to tackle existing and future constraints in transport capacity to plan for future levels of development to facilitate projected growth in population and employment and to cater for and encourage sustainable mobility. Following on from this study, IDA Strategic Property Team is now seeking to appoint a Project Management Led Integrated Team to undertake and provide a site wide Mobility Management Plan. The Project Management led Design Team will manage and provide all relevant consultancy services with respect to the study, analysis of findings and future recommendations in relation to the Mobility Management Plan. In line with IDAs current strategy Adapt Intelligently A Strategy for Sustainable Growth and Innovation 2025-29, delivery of this project aims to assist in reducing IDA Ireland client carbon emissions. The study shall be informed by the emerging Transport Strategy for the Park which outlines multi modal short, medium and longterm solutions to enable sustainable growth. The appointed Consultant should consist of suitably qualified and experienced resources which can cover strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, behavioural change, and technical delivery. Framework agreement for Microsoft/Adobe licenses, license management and cloud services
Background The Agency for Building Quality (DiBK) shall procure a new framework agreement for the purpose of establishing a more centralised and standardised licence management, as well as strengthened compliance reporting for Microsoft and Adobe licences, including accompanying cloud services. The need is driven by the desire for better control throughout the entire licence life cycle, reduced risk of licence deviations and increased compliance with the current licence terms. Furthermore, the procurement shall contribute to a better overview of actual use, licence coverage and cost development, as well as strengthened documentation and traceability with internal and external audits. DiBK needs licence management and reporting to be based on relevant and updated source systems and that the system supports automated processes connected to onboarding and offboarding, ordering, changes and completions. This shall ensure that the basis for awarding and recalling licences is at all times as correct and updated as possible, and that deviations can be uncovered and handled in an efficient and verifiable manner. Description of the assignment The assignment is for the establishment of a framework agreement for the delivery of Microsoft and Adobe licences, accompanying cloud services, as well as an overall service for licence management and Software Asset Management (SAM). The framework agreement shall cover the administration and operative management of the licence portfolio, including orders, changes, terminations and ongoing follow-up of licence use. The contract shall also include standardised compliance reporting, consumption and costs, so that DiBK has a good decision basis to optimise the licence portfolio. The delivery shall support license management in relevant administration areas and services, including M365, Azure and Adobe Admin Console. Automated processes shall be facilitated for awarding and removing licences based on identity and life cycle data, as well as mechanisms that support control, certification and traceability when required. The service shall be able to collaborate with DiBK ́s central systems for identity, personnel and onboarding, ordering as well as configuration and device data (i.a. Entra ID, HR system, ITSM and relevant unit and fixture sources), so that the licence documentation and reporting are consistent, assembled and verifiable across sources. Tenderers can submit a solution proposal themselves and state which systems are supported. Tenderers shall have full delivery and operational responsibility in the contract period, including user support, error handling and escalation with the software suppliers as needed. The framework agreement shall also ensure security and management requirements for access management, logging and audit tracks, as well as principles for data storage and protection of information in the delivery.
