The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for ventilation work at municipal buildings. There will be both a need for the delivery and installation of complete ventilation installations, as well as engineering design and consultancy services, in addition to maintenance, service and repairs of the existing installations.
The contracting authority shall enter into a 2 year framework agreement with an option for 1+1 year for plumbing services and plumbing materials. Annual servicing of the sprinkler installations in municipal buildings is also included in the framework agreement. The contracting authority would like a flexible cooperation with possibilities for, together with the supplier, to find good and economic solutions during the process.
Hamar municipality intends to enter into a parallel framework agreement with up to three (3) tenderers for the provision of ventilation services. There is a need for large and small ventilation work in different buildings. See the requirement specifications for further details on the performance requirements.
