The contracting authority needs a continual service contract for cleaning public toilets. The objective of the procurement is to ensure satisfactory hygienic standards in the toilets so that the public meets clean and functional facilities.
ROAF intends to enter into a contract for cleaning services with one tenderer. The aim of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for cleaning services, maths services and periodic cleaning. The assignment includes cleaning services in ROAF ́s premises specified in the competition documents. There is a total area of 1976.2 m2 that shall have regular cleaning.
The competition is for a cleaning contract for public buildings stated in the needs description. The procurement ́s value is estimated to approx. NOK 1,000,000 excluding VAT per annum. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. See the procurement documents for further information.
