Consumables
The main objective of the procurement is a contract for consumables that shall cover DSS and the joint ministries ́needs until a new joint agreement through the Government Procurement Centre is signed. The agreement shall i.a. include the necessary cleaning and toilet accessories such as toilet paper, hand soap, waste bags and waste sacks, as well as various office supplies and kitchen articles such as copy paper, pouchs, notebooks, pens, coffee, tea etc. The contract shall cover the Contracting Authority ́s needs, by establishing a framework agreement with one tenderer in this period. The framework agreement will be valid for four months, with an option for an extension for a further 1+1+1+1 month. The estimated value of the procurement is from NOK 6,000,000 excluding VAT to NOK 7,000,000 excluding VAT. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The maximum call-offs on the agreement are NOK 200,000 excluding VAT NOK 9,000,000 excluding VAT. See annex 1 of the contract for further details on the delivery.

Procurement of belts

The estimate is made based on historical figures and/or expected future use according to the contracting authority ́s best judgement. The estimate does not involve any obligations to withdrawals or procurements over the Framework agreement. The competition is for the delivery of winter maintenance. The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 5,000,000 per annum. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the competition, i.a. in connection with budgetary coverage and political approval. Apprentices: The contracting authority has assessed the procurement against the apprentice regulations, cf. the Procurement Act § 7, and concluded that apprentices are not required in this procurement, as the contract ́s main element does not include work where it is relevant to use labour with vocational or craft certificates, cf. the apprentice regulations § 6 (3).

Area presentation monitoring of coastalng heath (ANO kystlynghei) shall contribute with a neutral and uniform data set of status and development of the coastal cluster lift in Norway, through periodic mapping of vegetation in 88 ANO surfaces in Mid-Norway. In the long term the monitoring shall cover 300 surfaces for the entire Norway. The procurement ́s financial framework with no options is NOK 5,500,000 excluding VAT. SMARTPLY Europe DAC is seeking tender submission for the supply, delivery and full maintenance package of a Road sweeper suitable for the Panel Industry to cater for particularly fine dust and also that can be used for removing various materials including dirt, leaves, litter and debris in all of the following areas : Internally, externally around the site and road, carpark and surrounding area of the plant on its premises in Belview, Slieverue, Waterford. We are looking for a machine that has sustainable options, i.e. HVO or battery operated. The proposed machine must provide sufficient suction capacity and airflow performance to effectively operate within a wood panel processing environment, ensuring efficient extraction and removal of small chips and fine particulate matter. SmartPly are looking for submissions on the following option: relating to a hydrotreated vegetable oil engine (HVO) compatible and or an alternative power source Road Sweeper. A direct purchase of the defined road sweeper for both an HVO compatible engine and or an alternative power source with a full maintenance and routine check package. Please provide details of what’s included and excluded in the maintenance package. Tenderers must provide the following information (but not limited to): • Detailed description of proposed machine to include the manufacturer name, chassis, and full technical specification, • Engine and transmission or other sustainable option details. • Details of safety features, warning systems, impact sensor reports and pedestrian telemetry with real time proximity alerts. • An accurate lead time for delivery of the proposed machine • Warranty details • Details of after sales service offered. We currently lease a HAKO CM1650 which meets our needs and therefore we would require candidates to propose a similar or better alternative road sweeper.

Implementation, Extension and Provision of a Central Phasor Data Concentrator System with Integrated WAMS Functionality
TenneT is a leading European transmission system operator responsible for the safe and reliable transmission of electrical energy over long distances. TenneT’s core tasks include the expansion and maintenance of the transmission grid, the integration of renewable energy sources, and the assurance of grid stability. TenneT’s grid area covers large parts of Germany and the Netherlands and includes both onshore and offshore connections. As an operator of critical infrastructure, the security and reliability of the systems in use are of particular importance. The aim of this tender is to replace the central Phasor Data Concentrator (PDC) at TenneT TSO GmbH (TTG) with a new system supporting PDC functionality, data storage, offline WAMS applications, trend monitoring WAMS applications, and data exchange with external PDCs. The implementation is planned for approximately Q3/2026. TTG’s new concept for PDC and WAMS applications includes in particular the following scope of services: a) Provision of a central PDC to collect and aggregate data streams from at least 400 PMUs and to store this data in a local data storage system. The central PDC shall be capable of forwarding real‑time data to additional clients. b) Provision of a C37.118‑2 client with WAMS applications and long‑term data storage. The client shall receive aggregated data from the central PDC as well as from additional PDCs, store the data in a long‑term database, and make it available for WAMS analysis applications. c) Provision of additional PDCs and WAMS applications for testing and training purposes. The subject of this tender is the procurement of central PDC systems, WAMS applications, user interfaces, laboratory PDCs, and a data historian for TenneT TSO GmbH (TTG) as part of the ENTSO‑E interconnected power system. TenneT TSO GmbH is certified according to ISO 27001. Therefore, only software solutions or equipment that comply with TTG’s Operational Technology security requirements may be offered (OT security and IT security requirements). Market survey - Framework agreement for school camp services.
Sandnes municipality plans to implement a competition for parallel framework agreements for camp school services and plans to announce the competition during August 2026. The estimated total value is approx. NOK 16,000,000 excluding VAT. Sandnes municipality has not previously had framework agreements in this area, and would like, in this connection, good dialogue with the market so that the competition can be carried out in the best possible way. The municipality has adopted a change in the practice for carrying out school stays at camps, where the implementation is moved to the first stage of secondary school, instead of the last step of the primary school. It is planned that the first annual school stay for secondary school is the 2015 class, and that the first execution will take place in autumn 2028 (8th grade). Furthermore, we will describe our initial thoughts and starting points for how we plan to enter and align the competition. We would like feedback from the market on all aspects of this, and in particular on how we set parallel framework agreements and what requirements we plan to set. It is central that the market gives feedback in this phase so that we can implement the best possible competition and end up with the best possible result for the schools and pupils.
