Market dialogue - Procurement of clothing etc.
Statens naturoppsyn intends to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of service clothing. Further overview of relevant products is in annex clothing. Before the procurement, the Norwegian Environment Agency would like a dialogue with the market to gain insight into relevant systems and the tenderers ́ experiences, as a basis for designing an appropriate and competitive procurement. We invite tenderers to a digital supplier conference 10:00 – 11:00 Wednesday 10 June 2026. Here we present our need for service clothing and allow for questions from suppliers. Invitation to market dialogue (RFI) "Procurement of ICT operational services"
Drammen municipality, c/o the Digitalisation and ICT business and The Company Internal Service invites actors within ICT operational services to a market dialogue connected to Drammen municipality ́s need for new ICT operational services.Drammen municipality has historically had a close cooperation with Bodø municipality for procurements of ICT services and was a participant in Bodø municipality ́s RFI process in spring 2025. Based on the RFI process, the municipalities chose to implement a joint procurement process for the procurement of services within digital security (SOC + IRT etc.), which meant that separate contracts were signed with Atea AS in January 26.Drammen municipality intends to publish a tender documentation by the end of June 26. An information meeting will be held on the coming procurement 13 May 2026, 14:00 - 16:00. The meeting will be held digitally, and physical participation will also be possible. Registration deadline 06.05. Registration is to be registered in Mercell.Se point 6 for the implementation of the market dialogue. Response deadline RFI: 20.05.26, 12:00RFI will be answered directly in the attached document "ICT operations supplier procurement - RFI announced" point 10.

RFI: Solutions for production planning and dispatching of trains
Vygruppen has initiated the OneTrack project (previously called Close the Gap) to procure and implement future system support for production planning and traffic management of passenger trains. The OneTrack project has selected key parts of the tender documentation for review and invites potential suppliers to provide input on these topics. The purpose of the review is to enable the OneTrack project to clarify, improve, and refine the procurement documents ahead of the announcement of the procurement, which is planned for the second half of 2026. Suppliers are encouraged to provide open and honest feedback, particularly regarding topics or elements that may be significant cost drivers or present challenges. Framework Agreement - Small Tactical Unmanned Aerial System
The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (NDMA) hereby invites suppliers to prequalify for the procurement of a framework agreement for the delivery of a “Small Tactical Unmanned Aerial System.” The purpose of this prequalification is to identify suppliers that meet NDMAs qualification requirements in order to compete for this framework agreement. NDMA intends to enter into a framework agreement with one (1) supplier. The estimated value of the procurement is expected to exceed the EEA threshold value, and the procurement is therefore announced on Doffin/TED on this basis. Further information about the prequalification is provided in the attached procurement documents.

RFI/Market survey - procurement of level meters for waste containers and containers.
Oslo municipality, c/o the Agency for Waste and Recycling, hereafter called REG, invites tenderers to a market survey (RFI) in connection with the purchase of level meters in waste containers and containers. Level meters shall be procured and installed, primarily in surface containers and buried systems for cardboard and paper, but we also want to be able to use level meters in wheeled containers. Data from level meters shall be used for needs based emptying and route optimisation. Another relevant area of use for level meters or equivalent container mounted sensors is to be able to register the position and emptying as an alternative to RFID and vehicle mounted reading equipment. In addition we would like to figure out how data on the position of each container can contribute to "the right container being in the right place". Furthermore, we want access to route optimisation tools where data from the level meters are continually updated and used to optimise routes for collection. The value of the procurement is estimated to be approx. For the sake of clarity mention that the stated amount limit is an estimate and does not obligate REG beyond the uncertainty in this
