Request for information - Uniform and occupational footwear
Norwegian Police Shared Services (Norwegian abbreviation PFT) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) on behalf of the National Police Directorate and the Ministry of Justice and Public Security. PFT is responsible for strategic procurement within the police sector, aiming to provide suitable products and services to the Norwegian Police, the Norwegian Correctional Service, and Norwegian Customs. Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (FMA), the Norwegian Directorate for Civil Protection (DSB) and the Norwegian Public Roads Administration (SVV) are also considering participation in this process. Consequently, this RFI includes perspectives and requirements to the diverse operational needs of these entities. PFT plans to announce a procurement of Uniform and occupational footwear in the third quarter of 2026 (Q3 2026). Prior to this, PFT is carrying out a RFI to get an overview of potential tenderers and how the market can cover the agencies ́needs. The information received will be used as a basis for the further work with planning and implementation of the procurement. The RFI will be carried out as an early market dialogue. It is voluntary to respond, and participation in the RFI does not give advantage in a later competition.

Hire and operation of multi-function machines
The objective of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the hire of printers and multi-function machines for all of the Norwegian Customs ́s locations, as well as administration, service and maintenance of the system and all machines. Services for printing will be both in cloud and local. The Norwegian Customs estimates that there is a need for 147 printers and multi-function machines from the start of the agreement. The contracting authority has locations with deployed printers and multi-function machines for the entire Norway including Svalbard, as well as at 6 Swedish and 4 Finnish customs locations. In addition there are locations with printers in Malmø, Stockholm and Berlin.

The objective of the procurement is to establish a total delivery for vehicle administration which gives the county full overview and control of the fleet, reduces manual processes and operational costs, and supports the transition to a more sustainable and efficient mobility. Drammen municipality, c/o the Digitalisation and ICT business and The Company Internal Service invites actors within ICT operational services to a market dialogue connected to Drammen municipality ́s need for new ICT operational services.Drammen municipality has historically had a close cooperation with Bodø municipality for procurements of ICT services and was a participant in Bodø municipality ́s RFI process in spring 2025. Based on the RFI process, the municipalities chose to implement a joint procurement process for the procurement of services within digital security (SOC + IRT etc.), which meant that separate contracts were signed with Atea AS in January 26.Drammen municipality intends to publish a tender documentation by the end of June 26. An information meeting will be held on the coming procurement 13 May 2026, 14:00 - 16:00. The meeting will be held digitally, and physical participation will also be possible. Broadband services to Troms county - RFI
Troms County (hereafter called the contracting authority) needs to enter into a new contract for broadband services to all of the county ́s locations. The contracting authority would, thus, like to hold a market dialogue. Description of the assignment the Contracting Authority needs to establish and deliver broadband services to all county locations, including, among other things, dental clinics, sixth form colleges and administrative buildings. In order to carry out the assignments imposed on the county, we depend on good and stable infrastructure for all of our locations. This involves a collaboration with a broadband service provider who can offer us the internet and also get our internal traffic to our data centres. A more detailed description of the contracting authority ́s needs is in the attached draft of the requirement specification. Information on the hearing contracting authority is currently in a preparatory phase of the procurement process. As part of the preparations for the coming competition, we would like to hold a hearing round in the market. The contracting authority has prepared a draft of the competition documents, as well as formulated a set of questions in the attached document "Information on RFI - Broadband Services to Troms County", which we hope relevant suppliers have the opportunity to answer. Tenderers are asked to answer the contracting authority ́s questions directly in the document, under each individual question. The automation plant lacks access to critical spare parts and emergency stations connected to the tunnel has exceeded its lifetime. The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency is planning a framework agreement for the procurement of a diving rate (diving equipment). This equipment shall mainly be used for SCUBA-diving in connection with. routine, work, inspection and search diving. The equipment will be used in sea, lake, swimming pool and rivers. In this RFI we request information from potential suppliers in the market. The information that comes into this connection will be used in the planning of the execution of the subsequent competition.
