Invitation to Market Dialogue – 40 New Care Homes
Øygarden Municipality invites suppliers to a market dialogue meeting at the town hall on Tuesday, 26 May at 12:00. Meeting point is at the main entrance. Interested suppliers are requested to register their interest via the communication module in Mercell. The market dialogue concerns the purchase of 40 new care homes in Ågotnes or Straume. The project differs from traditional housing projects in that the municipality will purchase turnkey homes and will therefore not act as the developer. The supplier shall deliver homes with a staff base and land in accordance with the attached space and area program. The supplier is responsible for acquiring the land, as well as for design and construction of the homes. Once the project is completed, the municipality will purchase the homes and the land from the supplier for onward subletting to users. Transfer of the completed project will take place as a real estate transaction. The municipality will establish a purchase agreement prior to the announcement of the tender competition. The project requires that the supplier is able to deliver a site within a defined geographical area and has sufficient financial capacity and competence to carry out such a project. For this reason, the municipality wishes to engage in dialogue with the market in advance of the competition.

The Alna district plans to announce a competition for serving at Tveten farm and invites to a dialogue conference for input on how to facilitate an attractive and sustainable catering place on the farm. Tveten farm is one of the best preserved Aker farms with activity back to the 15th century. The farm is administered by the Agency for Culture in Oslo municipality, with several tenants in different buildings. The Alna district is a tenant in several of the buildings and uses the farm for meeting place functions for different target groups. Tveten farm is an important meeting place for the local community, and there is great commitment to the farm from NGOs. The district also operates leisure clubs and activities for elderly persons at Tveten farm. Other areas on the farm will be leased for stables and share-earth use.
