Statens innkjøpssenter has initiated a procurement process for a new joint contract for telephony services, which shall replace the current contract from May 2027. The joint agreement will include mobile telephony, landline, mobile broadband, company network, telephone exchange systems etc. The joint agreement shall ensure government entities access to modern, cost efficient and robust telephony services that support digital interaction, high uptime and secure communication. Due to stand-by considerations, the need will be covered through access to two independent mobile networks. Two joint agreements will therefore be signed, one of which is the primary supplier and one is a secondary supplier. This is a prior information notice, with the following documents being attached in a 0.6 version: - Competition terms - Annex 1 Requirement Specifications. - Annex 3 Price Form. Government joint contract for the procurement of mobile units
The aim of the procurement is to enter into a joint contract for the procurement of mobile units. The main contracts will include mobile devices i.e. mobile telephones and tablets. In addition smartwatches and accompanying equipment that naturally belongs are to be delivered, such as chargers, audio devices, covers and screen savers. Furthermore, the contract will include the delivery of associated services such as operation of internet shop for ordering and leasing schemes. The Government Procurement Centre shall contribute to the public sector carrying out efficient and innovative procurements that contribute to promoting green restructuring and sustainable development. The joint agreement is expected to provide low prices, reduced total costs and a long product lifetime.

Furniture for offices - framework agreements - Drammen municipality
Drammen municipality shall procure a framework agreement that shall cover the municipality ́s need for furniture for offices. A parallel agreement will be signed with up to three tenderers. During the contract period, assignments will be awarded primarily according to the method of surging, but major contracts will be awarded via mini-competitions. Painting and covering services, framework agreement Troms County - RFI
Troms County (henceforth referred to as the contracting authority) shall enter into a new framework agreement for painting and covering services and associated equipment. Material will also be considered for assignments that the contracting authority shall use for its own activities and shall also be included in the contract. The contracting authority would like to enter into an agreement that covers the need we may have for this type of service in the entire county. This includes, for example, sixth form colleges, official residences and dental clinics. The contract shall ensure that we achieve cost effective and rational procurements of painting and covering services in accordance with the current laws and regulations. The framework agreement will mainly be used for the procurement of ongoing and operational related services, but it can also be used for some investment projects where it is deemed appropriate. We are currently in a preparatory phase of the procurement process. As part of the preparation phase, the contracting authority would like to invite all relevant tenderers to comment on the provisional drafts for the requirement specifications, price form and contract terms. The documents are attached to this market dialogue. Emphasis is put on the fact that tenderers shall not fill in the attached tender documents, but give feedback on the questions included in the document "Information on RFI - Framework agreement on painting and covering services" under point 3.Deadline for feedback is 30 April 2026 at 12.00. At the expiry of the hearing deadline, the contracting authority will review received input. The contract will then assess which input could be appropriate to include in the final documents. The Contracting Authority is not obliged to comply with the input, and emphasises that the attached documents are to be seen as provisional drafts. Any questions or needs for an extended deadline shall be sent to the contracting authority via Mercell. Tenderers who register their interest can be contacted by the contracting authority in the preparation phase if there is a need for further clarification. The contracting authority will not reimburse costs incurred for the participation of the hearing.

Project New Government Block Kjeller 2 with an option for the E-block - Qualification
Statsbygg is entering into a project stage 2 of the Project New Government Block contract for a turnkey contract with interaction for K212 Kjeller 2 with an option for the E-block.Kjeller 2 includes the basement in a zone between the A-block and Ring 1 and Møllergata. The area is approx. 10,000 m2. Kjeller 2 shall be constructed in the extension of the basement established in construction stage 1 and in a completed blasted, secured and sealed construction pit established by Veidekke via their contract for Ring 1 with the Norwegian Public Roads Administration. The basement areas include operational functions, areas for handling goods and waste, bicycle parking/cloakrooms, a basement under E-block and a rotund area for access to areas in Basement 2 and areas established in construction stage 1. Kjeller 2 can access via a culvert from Møllergata. The bicycle parking shall be established in a zone over Ring 1 after the Norwegian Public Roads Administration has altered (lowered) Ring 1.Over K212 Basement 2, park and urban areas shall be constructed in contract K213 The agreement includes the following options: E-block Adapted technical and structural furnishing of the E-basement for a possible E-block route areas around the E-block Service agreements Transverse systems.
