The development consists of the Reconfiguration of the existing Hydrotherapy pool area in Midlands Regional Hospital Tullamore to create new consultation rooms and ancillary spaces. The existing hydrotherapy pool is to be filled in with the removal of all ancillary pool equipment and plumbing fixtures and for the fitout of the area to create 6 No. new consultation rooms and ancillary spaces at Midland Regional Hospital, Tullamore.
The project comprises of the full replacement of six (6) no. bed passenger lifts including minor electrical, builders and decorative works at Midland Regional Hospital Tullamore, Co. Offaly.
Proposed alteration works to the non-clinical areas of the exiting single storey Mortuary Building, located to the South of the campus, including new external stone wall cladding with wall-mounted signage to the front/east elevation and internal reconfiguration to provide new Family Room, new kitchenette and stores and new access to adjacent garden area, together with all associated site works.
