Single Supplier Framework for the Provision of Multi- Disciplinary Design Services for Bus Depots- PQQ stage
The National Transport Authority (the “Authority”) is seeking an experienced MultiDisciplinary Design Services Partner (“MDDSP”) to provide Multi Disciplinary Design Services for Bus Depots under a single supplier Framework Agreement. The services shall cover all the phases of the delivery of new and/or enhanced bus depot facilities, to support the operation of public bus services in Ireland from concept design/site selection/due diligence/planning all the way through to oversight of construction works. National policies and strategies for the decarbonisation of the transport system includes plans to significantly expand bus services and transition the bus and coach fleet away from diesel fuelled buses to zero emission technologies. In order to support both the expansion and transition to zero emission buses, it is necessary for the Authority to consider the supporting bus depot facilities that are required to deliver an efficient and effective bus system. The current level of bus depot provision will require significant expansion. It will be necessary to ensure adequate provision of electric charging infrastructure at depot locations while also considering the appropriate location of depots to reduce the impact of out of service mileage on the operation of electric bus fleets. It is intended that the Framework Agreement shall be in place for an initial period of four (4) years with the option for the Authority to extend on an annual basis for up to two (2) additional years. The estimated value of this Framework Agreement is €45,000,000. The maximum value of this Framework Agreement is €60,000,000. All interested parties are invited to submit a PreQualification submission in response to this tender competition and full details of this tender competition are provided within the procurement documentation.

Fully Managed Offsite Service Providing Direct GP Access to AI Cardiac Ultrasound (AICUS) with referral service on behalf of St Vincent's University Hospital
SVUH has recognised the need to improve access to cardiac diagnostics at the primary care level, in line with national policy recommendations supporting GP direct referral to echocardiography. This initiative aligns with the HSE’s strategic objectives under Sláintecare to shift appropriate care from acute hospital settings to community-based services, thereby improving patient outcomes and reducing waiting times. Advances in artificial intelligence (AI) applied to cardiac ultrasound imaging present a significant opportunity to enhance access to diagnostic-quality imaging for a greater proportion of the population. This will empower GPs and their patients to proactively assess heart health and assist in ensuring all patients are facilitated in early identification and treatment of established or emerging heart disease. Under appropriate clinical guidance and governance, this has the potential to shift the model of delivery of cardiovascular care to a proactive model, where emerging problems are identified and treated at an earlier stage than has previously been feasible. The purpose of this procurement is to appoint a single service provider to deliver a comprehensive, end-to-end managed service that encompasses all aspects of service delivery, including facilities, staffing, equipment, handling software and AI-enabled software, referral and IT infrastructure, clinical governance, and reporting. The service will enable GPs to refer patients directly for AI-assisted cardiac ultrasound, with results reported back to the referring clinician in a timely and secure manner. The managed service may be handed over to HSE authorities following the end of the term of any contract resulting from this CfT. The Contracting Authority has internally documented the budget for any expenditure on the Services to be covered by the proposed Service Contract to amount to some EUR 667,621.48 (excl. VAT) over the Term, excluding any possible extensions. Tenders which surpass this amount may be rejected. The estimated value specified below in this CfT is a rounded-up figure.

2025/006 Establishment of a multi-party framework agreement for the provision of legal services relating to Enterprise Ireland’s investment in Irish and international private equity and venture funds
Enterprise Ireland (EI), with funding from Government, has invested in five Seed and Venture Capital (SVC) Schemes since 1994 to help ensure that there is both an available and effective overall funding ecosystem for high growth companies and to address market failures in this area. The investment provided by these SVC Funds has supported a significant number of indigenous Irish companies over the years with more than €1.4bn invested in over 600 Enterprise Ireland supported companies to the end of 2024. On the 15th August 2024 the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment announced a sixth Seed and Venture Capital Scheme. The new Scheme has an increased allocation of €250m to be committed over the lifetime of the Seed and Venture Capital Scheme (2025-29) (the “Scheme”). In addition to these, other similar Schemes may be launched by Enterprise Ireland during the life of this Framework. The framework agreement will be established principally to provide legal services with respect to two areas: (i) Enterprise Ireland’s commitment to funds under the Seed and Venture Capital (“SVC”) Schemes and Advice in relation to venture capital and private equity entities and instruments. The full list of requirements are outlined in the tender documents. Tenderers must associate themselves with the competition in order to access the tender documents, ask and receive queries and submit a response.
